Seahawks vs 49ers Best bet: Seahawks moneyline (-126)
The San Francisco 49ers edged the Seattle Seahawks in the season opener, but a lot has changed since. The 49ers lost their two best defenders to season-ending injuries, while Seahawks QB Sam Darnold has developed chemistry with his new teammates.
The Seahawks are second in the league with 29.4 ppg, but there are concerns about how Darnold will perform in the clutch. He had a four-pick meltdown against the Rams in Week 11, but for the most part, he's been sharp this year, ranking fifth in the league in passing grade per PFF.
Darnold should be efficient against a 49ers stop unit that has a league-low 18 sacks and is 24th in defensive dropback success rate. The Niners have been even worse against the run, ranking 31st in defensive rush success rate.
The 49ers have an explosive attack, but Seattle has a stingy defense that can hold them in check. Seattle ranks fifth in defensive dropback success rate and third in success rate against the run.
Back the more balanced team to take this game and the No. 1 seed in the NFC.

Seahawks vs 49ers same-game parlay
Since I'm fading the 49ers due to their poor defense, let's bet on a pair of Seattle playmakers in this SGP.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba is fourth in the NFL in receptions (113) while the 49ers are 26th in receptions allowed to wide receivers. JSN has logged at least eight catches in 10 of 16 contests, including the previous game against San Fran when he reeled in nine of 13 targets.
The Seahawks have a two-headed rushing attack with Zach Charbonnet getting the majority of touches at the goal line. Since Week 4, Charbonnet has logged 24 carries for nine touchdowns inside the 10-yard line, while Kenneth Walker has just seven carries with one TD inside the 10-yard line.
