The 5-5 Carolina Panthers head to Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday afternoon for a crucial NFC South clash with the 3-6 Atlanta Falcons.

Atlanta’s pass defense is the best in the league, and my Panthers vs. Falcons predictions will explain why I expect them to limit Bryce Young.

Panthers vs Falcons prediction

Panthers vs Falcons Best bet: Bryce Young Under 162.5 passing yards (-114 at FanDuel)

Bryce Young is having a respectable campaign as he continues to try to live up to the billing of a first overall pick. The signal-caller has thrown for 1,514 yards and 11 touchdowns against seven interceptions.

However, he’s cashed the Under in passing yards in three of his last four contests. In a loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 10, Young threw for just 124 yards through the air. In five games on the road this season, he’s cashed the Under in passing yards in four of them. Young threw for just 120 yards against Atlanta earlier in the year.

As I previously mentioned, the Atlanta Falcons have an uber-talented secondary. They’re allowing the lowest number of passing yards in the NFL, and that brilliance should come in handy Sunday as they look to keep Young in check.

Panthers vs Falcons same-game parlay

Bijan Robinson has been up and down at times in 2025, but there’s no doubt he’s on track to become one of the best running backs in the league. The former Texas Longhorn has cashed the Over in rushing yards in three of his last six appearances.

Robinson balled out in Week 10, rushing for 84 yards in a gut-wrenching OT loss to the Indianapolis Colts. He ran for 72 yards in September against the Carolina Panthers, and their run defense is 17th, allowing 111.9 yards on the ground per contest.

Perhaps this isn’t the most popular pick, but the last time Tetairoa McMillan faced the Falcons, he had just three receptions. Again, Atlanta makes life difficult on opposing pass offenses, and McMillan has hit the Under in catches in two of his previous four games.

Panthers vs Falcons SGP

  • Bryce Young Under 162.5 passing yards
  • Bijan Robinson Over 72.5 rushing yards
  • Tetairoa McMillan Under 4.5 receptions

Our big-ticket SGP: Time for payback

Atlanta has lost four in a row, but there’s no better time to respond at home than against a divisional rival who smacked them in late September. Their last two defeats have been very close, and they covered the spread in Week 9 against New England.

Panthers vs Falcons SGP

  • Bryce Young Under 162.5 passing yards
  • Bijan Robinson Over 72.5 rushing yards
  • Tetairoa McMillan Under 4.5 receptions
  • Falcons -3.5

Panthers vs Falcons odds

  • Spread: Carolina +3.5 (-110) | Atlanta -3.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline: Carolina +166 | Atlanta -198
  • Over/Under: Over 41.5 (-110) | Under 41.5 (-110)
