We like Los Angeles to win 27–20, with Rams -6.5 getting the narrow nod against the spread. Matthew Stafford threw for just 155 yards without a touchdown in the opener, but New York has its own concerns entering this matchup. Cornerback Deonte Banks is questionable after missing the final two practices, leaving a potential opening for the Rams' passing game. We expect a better showing from Los Angeles at home, although our seven-point margin clears this line by only half a point.
Under 47.5 is the total pick against our 47-point projection. The Rams can rebound without turning this into a shootout, and we have the Giants finishing with 20 points. Puka Nacua is questionable and Jordan Whittington is doubtful on the final injury report, adding uncertainty to Los Angeles' receiving corps. Rams safety Kam Kinchens is also out, so there are concerns on both sides of the ball. This is a slight Under lean, with very little room between our forecast and the line.
Kyren Williams is our anytime-touchdown pick at 60¢. He scored the Rams' lone touchdown in Week 1 despite a quiet day for the offense, finishing with 41 rushing yards and another 24 through the air.
