College football is back, and we're combining our favorite bets from Saturday's opening slate to build the best college football parlays for Week 0.

From game-specific combos to moneyline and touchdown plays, we're looking for the best ways to combine our college football picks for Saturday, August 29.

Best college football combos for Week 0

Best North Carolina vs TCU combo

TCU -9.5

Under 46.5

With rain expected leading up to the game, and potentially during it, field conditions could play a role in slowing these offenses early, especially with both having transfers debut at QB. With that said, TCU are in much better shape.

Jaden Craig was a star last year at Harvard, finishing third in the FCS in big-time throw rate (8.6%), and he pairs well with TCU's new offensive coordinator, Gordon Sammis. Those two should help push a North Carolina defense that's without coordinator Steve Belichick, who's on medical leave.

Between the weather impact, both teams starting transfers at QB, and UNC's dysfunction, I'd take the Under at any number above 45.5 and the Horned Frogs to cover the -9.5.

Best NC State vs Virginia combo

NC State +3.5

Under 51.5

I do expect CJ Bailey and Beau Pribula to both need a bit of time to settle in with their new teammates. That’s a reason why folks have moved the total down by two points since my early predictions.

Despite that movement, the total is still a bit too high. Virginia is returning quite a bit of production from last year’s outstanding defensive unit that finished 14th in available yards allowed and 14th in late-down success.

Additionally, I expect the Hoos to try to run the ball early and often to wear down NC State’s defense and limit Bailey’s time on the field.

Week 0 moneyline combo

Hawaii to win

Eastern Michigan to win

UNLV to win

Eastern Michigan is the safest leg of my Week 0 moneyline picks combo, with Noah Kim back under center against a Sacramento State program entering its first FBS season with a new coach and 75 new players.

I’m taking a bigger swing with Hawaii, trusting Micah Alejado to make an early statement against a Stanford team still searching for answers.

And at UNLV, I’ll back Dan Mullen’s experienced QB room to outduel a Memphis team facing much more uncertainty under center.
