The Wildcats notched their 21st win on Monday when they held on against BYU. Now they travel to Tempe for a rematch of a close win a few weeks ago, with Brayden Burries playing his best basketball of the season.

Arizona vs Arizona State best bet: Brayden Burries Over 1.5 3-pointers (-135)
Brayden Burries has been on a tear for the Arizona Wildcats of late. He’s coming off a season-high 29 points in the win over BYU in which he knocked down 13 free throws and posted his highest usage rate of the season.
He’s averaged better than 20 points over Arizona’s last four games. And in that span, he’s connected from deep at least twice, something he’s done in five of his last six contests.
The only game where he failed came against the Arizona State Sun Devils. In consecutive games against TCU and ASU, Buries scored a combined 12 points and missed 10 of his 15 shots from the floor.
It was a key reason why the Wildcats only beat the Sun Devils by seven points, and it’s why I expect him to have extra motivation on Saturday. I’m also expecting him to perform much closer to his standard against a Sun Devil defense that ranks dead-last in Big 12 play in defending the perimeter.
Opponents are knocking down almost 40% of their triples in ASU’s eight conference tilts. They’re allowing numerous open looks due to their poor rebounding leading to second shots, and the fact they often have to double-team on the interior.
Both of these teams play at a fairly high pace, which will help Burries get more opportunities. He’s shooting 50% from downtown since that poor outing against ASU, and as Arizona’s highest-volume outside shooter, he’ll make amends for that poor outing in the first matchup.

Arizona vs Arizona State same-game parlay
Jaden Bradley is one of the rare players who does better playing on the road than at home.
He’s scored at least 17 points in all five true road games this year, including 26 points at BYU, and his 21 ppg away from home sits seven points higher than his season average.
Arizona State was in the first meeting until the very end, trailing by three in the closing stages. But the Sun Devils posted a season-high 1.42 points per possession behind an 11 of 25 night from deep.
I don’t expect a repeat performance. Arizona will have learned from that meeting, and ASU’s inability to rebound and get stops at the defensive end will lead to a dominant Wildcat victory.
