The Dodgers will bounce back in Game 5, beating the Blue Jays by multiple runs, thanks to a strong Blake Snell performance and the bats coming alive against Trey Yesavage.

Game 5 of the World Series is set for Wednesday, October 29, with the Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers tied at two wins apiece.

My same-game parlay, MLB picks, and Blue Jays vs. Dodgers predictions are calling for Los Angeles to head back to the Rogers Centre with a 3-2 series lead following a convincing win tonight.

Our best Blue Jays vs Dodgers SGP for Game 5

It’s been a back-and-forth World Series, and the Los Angeles Dodgers will rally behind a strong showing from veteran Blake Snell in Game 5 to continue that trend.

On the flip side, the Los Angeles lineup is set to tee off on struggling Toronto Blue Jays rookie Trey Yesavage in his first career postseason road start. He’s posted a 5.93 ERA while walking nine batters across just 13 2/3 innings over his past three starts, after all.

Additionally, the Dodgers have a splash of statistical correction coming at the dish. Los Angeles has posted a solid 39.7% hard-hit rate through four games but just a .239 BABIP, while Toronto sports 33.3% and .300 marks, respectively.

Offense hasn’t been an issue for either team, with 40 runs through the first four games, and I’m expecting the Blue Jays to chip in enough while the Dodgers do the heavy lifting to send this total Over the number.

The final leg of this same-game parlay turns to Toronto star Bo Bichette, and he’s left his mark on the series with a 4-for-11 run at the dish. Of course, he also posted a high-end .308 batting average against southpaws during the regular season.
