Best Blue Jays vs Dodgers Same Game Parlay for World Series Game 4

The Dodgers lineup is a nightmare for opposing pitchers. Avoid Shohei Ohtani, and you're treated to Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, Will Smith, and others. The Blue Jays offense will do its part, too, but L.A. anchors our SGP.

It took 18 innings to decide the winner of Game 3 of the World Series, and it’s a short turnaround with the Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers hitting Dodger Stadium at 8:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, October 28, for Game 4.

My top same-game parlay MLB picks and Blue Jays vs. Dodgers predictions are calling for Los Angeles to win another high-scoring game with the heart of the lineup doing damage against Toronto starter Shane Bieber and an overworked bullpen.

Our best Blue Jays vs Dodgers SGP for Game 4

There have been 32 runs through the first three games of the World Series, and as well as Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani has pitched, I still expect the Toronto Blue Jays to get to him tonight.

Toronto finished the regular season with the fourth-highest wOBA against righties, and is No. 1 in that metric during the playoffs.

Of course, Los Angeles also finished third in wOBA and fourth in ISO against right-handed arms after 162 games, respectively ranking second and third this postseason.

Plus, Toronto righty Shane Bieber hasn’t impressed this postseason, with a 4.38 ERA and 1.54 WHIP across three postseason starts, and the Blue Jays have relied on relievers for 76 outs across their past four games.

As a result, I’m expecting the heart of the Los Angeles lineup to leave its mark.

Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman plated a pair of runs Monday, and the Blue Jays walked Ohtani five times, so I expected multiple RBI opportunities for Freeman.

Turning to Los Angeles catcher Will Smith, he also takes up prime real estate, hitting cleanup in the loaded lineup, and he’s driven in six runs while batting .293 this postseason.

Finally, Dodgers shortstop Mookie Betts is too good to be mired in a 4-for-30 slump dating back to the beginning of the NLCS, so he’s another candidate to be driven in by Freeman and Smith.
