Sweden will look to put the finishing touches on an undefeated tournament tonight against Czechia.
My Sweden vs. Czechia predictions expect them to do just that, claiming gold at the World Junior Championship for the first time since 2012.

Sweden vs Czechia picks and predictions
My best bet: Sweden moneyline (-130 at Bet99)
The Swedes have been the most consistent team in this tournament. They own a 6-0 record, with five wins coming inside 60 minutes.
The only game that required extra time was the semifinal against Finland, where the Finns tied it late in the third period to force a bonus frame. Otherwise, it’s been smooth sailing.
Sweden has posted a +18 goal differential through six games and scored more goals than all but Canada.
Led by future Chicago Blackhawks star Anton Frondell, who has found the back of the net two more times than anybody else in the tournament, the Swedes are very potent offensively.
They’ll likely cause problems for the Czechia team with an underwhelming .864 save percentage over their six games.
Czechia possesses a strong attack as well, but they’ll have to contend with much better goaltending. The Swedes own a .910 team save percentage and haven’t allowed more than three goals in any game.
If that trend continues, it’ll be very difficult for Czechia to win, given Sweden's potent offense. Their opener against Slovakia is the only game in which they didn’t score at least four goals.

It’s easy to assume a high-stakes game will be played closer to the vest, but that hasn’t really been the case. Six of the last 11 World Junior finals have featured six goals or more.
Sweden has scored 4+ goals in five consecutive games and will likely pot a few against a Czechia team that hasn’t gotten great goaltending.
Conversely, Sweden played 70 minutes of hockey on Sunday and might be a little looser defensively than normal, leading to more opportunities for Czechia.
The trailing team will also be aggressive with goalie pulls if anything is separating the two in the dying minutes.
