Challenging yourself to get better through analyzing your pregame convictions and comparing them to the conclusions after through the notes taken for yourself as which of your convictions were right and where you did go wrong in order to have a better perspective for your future picks.
We exchange the information and discuss the games before and after and basing all this and summarizing it through the contest which carries no prizes but the biggest prize of all - becoming a better handicapper altogether individually through a team work.
We're basing our strategy on a principal that every capper goes through cold and hot streaks but as a team we try to balance that out and get a winning edge through the records. The truth is that we've been up more than 2000$ and now you can see that we show a negative record due to some popular picks failing on some days. While having only 8 losing days in more than a month and a half of picking - still those losing efforts were painful and that was due to many cappers picking the same losing pick. We do have few cappers here who sport a very nice record and we all thrive to get better

was at passover party at the friend of the jewish faith. great food. great tradition. i heard the whole hagada in english and it was amazing that those early israelites were the first recorded in history freedom fighters against egyptian oppression. im still buzzed from like 5 or 6 glasses of red wine during the traditional reading before the food arrived.
came to my hotel (im in ny on business at waldorf astoria) and made the trades on time.

So you are basically running a contest in this thread.
...with 4 or 5 person? Why not start a new thread everyday with everyone's record? Copy and Paste doesn't take much labor does it? I just don't understand this same thread concept.

I agree with the trend... However I am also trying to focus on the standings and those teams that need to get in play with more pressure. Like the Lakers last night- This I think is worth a good look to see who gets the final seat, who is about to be mathematically eliminated etc.

As you know the over on the Heat yesterday was just like a week ago something that does not occur often. My 3pt based teams- (they win when they fall, if not they have a tough time winning)

Mavs
Blazzers
Knicks
Am sure there are others
