I assume its something along the lines of he finds a game he believes will go over the total. Then bets the over on the 1H and if it doesnt hit double downs on the second half.
Since he believes the overall total will go over it has a higher chance of going over in one of the halfs.

Not saying that logic is correct, just that I believe that is the logic behind this system. Could be wrong though.

overs will not go 16-0 tomorrow, especially in 1st half
make sure you do not get too confident as this system will run hot and cold

got a million requests today but this way is easier / quicker for me
