tylerb, you're more than welcome to tail me, fade me, whatever you're feeling. several of you have noticed i've taken a ton of road faves in the NBA, and the trend will continue today. taking the spurs -7 at denver. under normal circumstances, i would like denver the day after getting routed. i will assume they come out with some intensity this evening after the really disappointing performance last night. however, they are in a rare and almost unfair position of playing their fourth game in five days, with travel in between every game. denver isn't in the luxurious situation that my hawks were in last week, when they rested all five starters when they played four games in five days so that everyone was relatively fresh for big road games at toronto and at chicago. the fatigue, the travel, and the quality opponent lead me to believe that the spurs will be able to get whatever shot they want in the second half of this game, and should be able to pull away even if denver gets off to a good start.

thanks crush! wish i could say i was doing it to be classy. analyzing sports is like a dream job for me, so even if people suddenly care about my opinions on sports for just a few days, i'm having a blast with this. the motivation is purely selfish, but if i keep winning and other people benefit from it as well, good deal. best of luck to everyone in the competition today.

Many new Players have had long streaks like this so this isn't new for us. What sets Brackson apart IMO is that #1 he's sharing his thought process and #2 he is obviously knowledgeable in his picks. No doubt it takes some luck as well to get this far but I'm happy for him. We also get to tail him. Last year we only had 3 streaks that reached 17 and we already have had 2 this month so we're off to a great start.
