Since its game 1 and odds are high, taking Hawks on the PL. I also like Van as a dog play and will put a little on them to win.

I played PL as well. I wasn't going to but I did. Oh well. That's ok. Let's get back in the win column today.

I need to post early since I will be unavailable the rest of the day. Still no lines on the Nashville or Montreal games. So going with what I have now.  If Nash or Mon is a higher odds fave than LA, play them instead. If someone can post those odds that would be great and will be used for the official system record.

Game 3, Chicago -150 and LA -115, $30 to win $63.48
Note: LA game subject to change when lines come out for Nash and Montreal. 

Sorry for the confusion but didn't know what else to post. I personally bet what I posted but can understand everyone waiting for the other lines.

Hey Dan great job with your picks.

I'm not sure what type of data base you have to back test but I came across a stat today. I'm going to try to get some results from NHL.com when I have some free time.

The stat was: The Sharks became the sixth team in NHL history to sweep of a road trip of six or more games.

Looks like not many teams are able to sweep on such a long road trip. Maybe a 6 game chase could be worth a try?
