I know I've asked a lot of questions, here's ANOTHER for MMAI:
I see you have a lot of BIG numbers in your calculations.
    For example:

"I just did the calculations for Boston - I have 8 of 9 players, lifetime stats against Eveland..

    BR=9.726, RC=13.00
    BR/RC=11.363
    6 Innings Total
    BR/RC per Inning=1.894
    1ts 5 innings=9.469"

Looking at Boston's predicted stats for the first 5 innings alone, wouldn't you take the Boston TT Over as well as the game Over?
The BR/RC yielded had Boston scoring 17+ runs?

This is what I have Runs Created for Detroit Tigers tomorrow vs. Greinke.

                                              Runs Created                 Outs

    Granderson                           1.236                          25
    Polanco                                  5.206                          21
    Cabrera                                  1.765                          10
    Thames                                  0.959                           5
    Inge                                         5.140                          23
    Ordonez                                 -0.516                         30
    Laird                                        1.764                          7
    Everett                                      0.484                         4

                                      Total Runs Created         Total Outs
                                                   16.038                        125

    = 16.038 RC in 41.66 Innings
= 0.385 Runs Created per Inning
    = 1.92 Runs Created in 5 innings.

Does anyone have the same numbers using the 2002 version of Runs Created?

    Thanks for the help.

This might be a good 5 Inning play for tomorrow SN -- If my calculations are correct.

Minnesota Twins RC vs. Burnett (( 9/9 Batters ))

    Span             -0.137        5 Outs
    Harris            1.170        7 Outs
    Mauer            1.667        5 Outs
    Morneau       3.678        4 Outs
    Cuddyer        0.741        6 Outs
    Crede            0.594        2 Outs
    Young            0.770        7 Outs
    Gomez           0.135       4 Outs
    Punto             0.527       6 Outs
                            9.145      46 Outs

    9.145 RC In 15.33 Innings
    0.597 RC Per Inning
RC In 5 Innings: 2.985 Runs

New York Yankees vs. Perkins (( 8/9 Batters ))

    Jeter              1.070          8 Outs
    Damon           0.253          3 Outs
    Teixeira         1.562          1 Out
    Rodriguez     3.776          3 Outs
    Matsui            0.100         1 Out
    Swisher         1.736         0 Outs
    Cano               3.294         2 Outs
    Cervelli           0.658         0 Outs
                           12.449       18 Outs

    12.449 RC In 6.00 Innings
    2.075 RC Per Inning
    RC In 5 Innings: 10.375

I realize the Yankees sample size is much smaller than Minnesota's, but the numbers speak for themselves (if I'm doing this correctly).
Yankees ML right now is -125 -- I don't see the 1st 5 being much different.
I believe @ -125 the Yankees ML for the 1st 5 has a lot of value.
Of course, like I said before -- If I'm doing this correctly.

People have responded to you, but you insist on taking center stage in these last few pages.  Do you think that the many people following and studying this high quality thread want this to turn into you private Q&A thread?

WILD / cappin' 5innings has many added variables in contrast to cappin' the complete game, take note; SP is pushed to the forefront, and becomes 'situational'.....

By the way, nobody is ignoring your interest in the BR/RC application, procedure, concept, or the understanding of which.. I  have personally corresponded with you 22 times by PM as a common courtesy pertaining to my work, as others have also within the thread itself, so please, refrain from the "ignore me" syndrome...Your in a trial, and error stage, your experimenting with correct application, your simply knocking on the door, and only YOU can open it..maybe this can be an assistant to understanding concept:

Base_Runs/Runs_Created(core/tool)Situational(form)PAC(unit management)=final results/ these are all connected through sabermetric equations designed specifically for MLB handicapping I, like anyone else who iniciates this formula has a total understanding that "study" is involed at the conception of application, most cappers just don't have the added time to dedicate theirselves, and become frustrated with a new, and different approach to handicapping MLB...work the formula, capp your games, attach your units, when it shows 70% start wagering on them....may you prosper   SN

Yes - the approach is logical and applied correctly...IMO -You need to do Base-Runs as well - you have the correct lean here...what heppens when the bull pen and closer comes in will give you the full game...Now, keep in mind that Perkins has pitched only once against NYY and did not fare very well..that is why you have the numbers you do...he only lasted 2/3 of an inning against NYY.....thats why the BR/RC is just a tool in handicapping.
