It's too bad they don't have what you're looking for in terms of email notifications but maybe if you ask the mods about it, they can put it in the next update.
Unfortunately, these are the consequences of running a free service; nothing is guaranteed... no set play times, no email/sms notifications, etc. etc. etc.
As for myself, Covers has everything I need and more and I really like their unique forum interface. I have my little space here in the relatively 'inactive' Systems & Strategies where I can easily keep track of my methods and share ideas with like-minded members. Furthermore, I find Covers has the best promos/contests and has really good connections with bookies if you ever run into a jam.

I don't touch the soccer or basketball picks (even though they seem to be very good) as I know very little about them. I partake in most of the hockey bets as they are often similar to the picks that I have chosen. When DJ's and my picks agree I put a couple extra percent on them. So far it has been paying off.

^^ I had this typed up and left the tab without pressing enter... Obviously it won't count but I just wanted to mention that this wasn't a play at -120 but became one upon dropping to -116 (since smdio was asking).

facebook has SMS notification to your cell phone, that is really handy, but probably too time consuming for posters here, but i do get a few picks that way, and it works really well, you get a message everytime someone that you have set up puts up a new post, and the message that you get on your cell phone is good enough , you dont have to log on too any kind of account for more details.
