The Double Minus Angle
It's an angle we have spoken about before. When 2 Baseball teams are both as giving juice or at a minus take the Home team. This angle wins the majority of the time. 3 games tonight fit into this category. Baltimore -105, Tampa Bay -108, and Chicago White Sox -107. These are solid bets. Good Luck with this angle!

As most of you know I usually start a thread when a Capper reaches a streak of 15 or 16 dedicated to them. Classicwill was the lastest contestant to challenge for the money prize. He went with Houston and lost his streak. He was gracious enough to post his strategies for sustaining a long streak. I'm posting his post here now for your edification.

yeah i choked...but here's my system.
1. Basics
This is probably obvious, but always take the best matchup. These are elite teams vs bottom tier teams. Never go with your "feeling" in a close matchup (which is what I did). And its even better if the good team is on a winning streak and bad team is on a losing streak. Finding the right spread can be tough, but that leads us to part 2...
2. Patience
This is the key to it all. The one weakness in this contest is the 6 days you have to make your next pick. Making a pick everyday makes it ridiculously hard to reach an extended streak. Going for the monthly win total is fine, but don't expected to maintain an extended streak if you're not maximizing the schedule for the best matchup. Taking your time to wait for that perfect matchup is tough, but really is the key to putting the odds in your favor.
3. Bonus Time
This is bonus info that helped me on my streak, because it is only useful at certain points in the season. I firmly believe that the best time to go on an extended streak is the last month of the regular season. The elite teams gear up for the playoffs and are good to jump on. Hawky- LaCaze is nothing more than an uneducated ignorant troll. This POS follows me on every thread with nothing but negative comments about me and my threads. Specifically the threads I start to support people on their streaks. Then he turns around and does the same thing, go figure. So I've concluded that his issue is jealousy and he seems to attack those that he is envious of. So take heart in knowing that he most likely doesn't even have a Girlfriend and is jealous that you do.

Vogelsong has rebounded nicely from a rough outing at Los Angeles on April 29, going 2-0 while allowing three runs over 19 2/3 innings in his last three starts. The 37-year-old yielded only two runs in a victory at Cincinnati on Saturday despite giving up six hits and walking four over 5 2/3 frames. Vogelsong is 5-3 with a 4.76 ERA in 16 career games (11 starts) versus the Rockies but has lost his last three turns at Coors Field.
Kendrick deserved a better result Sunday at Los Angeles, as he was saddled with his fifth consecutive losing decision despite allowing only one run on three hits and five walks in seven innings. The 30-year-old has given up a total of three runs over 14 frames in his last two starts after surrendering at least six in four of his previous five outings. Kendrick has made eight career appearances (five starts) against San Francisco, going 2-2 with a 4.68 ERA.

So much for the conspiracy theorist who thought Atlanta would win Game 2 simply based on the fact that the NBA wants to make money on the series. I have been listening to this crap since I was a kid and time and time again this bogus theory has been proven wrong.
Cleveland dominated and now heads home with a 2-0 advantage. My problem is I expected a higher scoring game and was way off on the Total. But the main point here has to be, to not bet on the so called NBA conspiracy theory. The only theory that holds true if that you will be broke as a joke listening to that BS about how the NBA is rigged and only wants to make money.
The next time you think about this remember this. The NBA is making Billions from the money the networks are already paying for the rights to broadcast these games. The networks are making Millions off the advertising. Even if nobody shows up for the games (which would never happen) the home teams are still making Millions in revenue from the Broadcasts. An extra game or 2 isn't going to make any difference in their bottomline.
