I feel you Brackson. I have been rather fortunate with some of my upset picks IE Georgia St, UCLA. That Iowa St loss hurt but my Final 4 in both of my paid brackets are still alive and my Elite 8 is still alive.

Hey guys, getting very intrigued by this streak survivor.
I'm 6-1 over the past 10 days. Trying to string one together. Only loss was Baylor -8.5 vs Georgia State. And my lord… a 12 point lead with just over a minute left. Four straight turnovers!
Looking forward to reading strategies and plays here.
My current streak is at 3. Vandy +4.5 to Stanford in the NIT pending.

Been here for over a month now, and enjoying it thus far. This is my first time in the threads and thought I would post a strategy.
Overall record is 26-12 with a W10 early on and currently on a W5. I've had the most success in betting against big line moves (4+ pts) in NBA totals, i.e. when the total goes up by 4pts -> bet the UND if all other fundamentals support it. I like these games even more when joe public is on the other side. Might be worth a look for those of you that bet hoops.

Baseball season is just a few days away! One tried and true method in the early going is that Pitchers seem to have a distinct advantage early on. Keep a close eye on the Northern teams especially. The cooler weather favors the Pitchers coming out of Spring Training.
Seattle should be a great Under play with their awesome staff. Even though they have added some bats most of the guys are slow starters. Cano, Cruz, Seager and the rest. As usual we look to make plenty of bank on the West Coast night games especially Oakland, San Francisco, Seattle and of course the darling of the Unders San Diego. Do you need a W?
Two winless teams play each in other in Chicago today. The Twins and the White Sox have both gotten off to slow starts at 0-3. Tommy Milone takes the mound for the Twins. Milone is a decent pitcher but he is a Jekyll and Hyde. Good at home and horrible on the road.
Milone is so bad on the road he didn't win a game last year on the road. In fact the last game he won on the road was Sept. 23 2013 against the Angels. Take the White Sox today over the winless Twins and Tommy Milone. Good Luck!

After two hats and on a current W9 for a third, a solid tip I've found is to verify your Covers Streak Survivor plays by comparing the day's selections with the daily selections on ESPN's Streak for the Cash. Make sure you already have some picks in mind and then compare them. If the pick is on both contests, it's likely a perceived toss up- proceed with given caution. However, ESPN's contest is much more scrupulous than Covers SS (which seems to base its selections on public odds/consensus) and SFTC will omit some matchups despite close odds. (ie: Tigers @CLE have not been on SFTC but all 3 games were on Covers having Tigers win each of them handily and earning 3 consecutive carefree wins) It's not fail safe, nor am I sure it's not been mentioned before here, but it's a useful and objective checkpoint imo. BOL

The Oakland A's and the Kansas City Royals conclude their contentious series today in Kansas City. Scott Kazmir goes for Oakland. Kazmir has lost 4 in a row to the Royals over the last 2 seasons.
Meanwhile Danny Duffy goes for the Royals. Duffy is 3-0 against the A's and hasn't given up more than 4 hits in his starts against them.
Take the Royals in the rubber game of this series and up your streaks or cash in big! Good Luck!
