here are 2 articles on milk .......the 2nd one is the article I based a paper on...... I know I stopped drinking it and reading the ingredients on products and I feel better......no meds needed.........

Heres another for ya.........If you took a small bird like a coal miner would use and put it in your kitchen, then put a non-stick frying pan on the stove, turn the stove on, the bird will die from toxic poisoning......

God Bless everyone as Hurricane Irene approaches your neck of the woods. Batten down the hatches, be safe, and be well. Also, our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who have been displaced and are without utilities as a result of this monster storm. God bless anyone affected in any way by this disaster. It got pretty bad where I'm at....waited for it to slow down but it never did and wasn't far from home glad for that..... My power was on and off the clocks are flashing.......GL with your picks

Went with White Sox today...Bama you and I need to come up with a competitor for sports parlor, get some investments and put them out of business...they are squandering what little fanfare they have.

My sentiments as well. I did speak to a few family members on the East Coast and it looks like everyone is pretty much unscathed. One of my Aunts was experiencing sporadic power failure and the trees were parallel to the ground. She lives in MD. But it seems the death toll is low from what I heard. I think the worst is over. I love the Governor of New Jersey telling people in plain English "to get the hell out". That was great!

EG-Just a reminder we draft tonight at 11:30PM EST thats 8:30 Pacific. Remember this is an auction draft so all players are available. If you have never done an auction draft I suggest you do some mocking like Rick advised you. The main thing with an auction draft is to be patient and don't fall in love with anybody where you will pay any price. These guys are good so have your game face on. See you there!

Having a great time with EG in the Auction draft tonight. He's holding his own. But I can't believe the team I'm assembling I think these guys are slipping a bit this year. I will post my team on this auction draft and you guys tell me what you think.

Had a great time at the draft. We gave EG a hard time but thats what its about right. He held his own. I'm giving him a hand because this brotha hung with us past 3am EST. Now thats committment!

Hey everyone, been mia and survived the storm.. Still, one of my homes without power but on a brighter note.. Hit 7 in a row today, and 20-6-1 for the month but no chance to win the monthly. What u guys like for tomorrow?

Wow!!!!!!! i went to bed at 330!!!!!!!! got right back up at 730!!!!!! Im flippin so tired....

so here it is guys.....

matt schaub-alot of targets, worried bout the run game overtaking the old pass game though

matthew stafford-if he can stay healthy, he is gonna have a breakout season, along with the lions

plaxico burress--with his size, i expect for him to be a TD monster, alot of go-to's in the redzone

calvin johnson -the name says it all. plus with a good qb

santonio holmes-he'll be there for the long ball, between him and plax, oughta be some points

nate washington-with hassleback and hopefully no CJ for a few games, he oughta have some good games

austin collie-dont know bout this guy, i'll keep him for a trade

tim hightower- watchin this guy and the skins through preseason, i expect to see some things from him, looks like theyre gonna have a solid run game with not much of anything else

delone carter-hes projected to have a breakout rookie year, besides, Indy needs to step up there run game

reggie bush-miami, wild cat, they already came out and said he is there work horse this year

ben tate-between him and foster, WOW

owen daniels-he's there to take heat off of andre, def a playmaker

chris cooley-needed another TE.lol

rob bironas-tennessee should be goin for alot of FGs

david akers-got this dude for 1$, WTH?? i guess no one realized he was money and now with san fran, will the be able to get it past the 35 much? that means alot of long field goal attempts

new orleans D-back up d if texans dont work out

Houston D- we'll see how this works, lol. so far they have 11 sacks,3 interceptions, 3 fumble recoveries,1 TD, i know its preseason,,,,but with phillips, 3-4 defense, expect em to make some noise
