If you guys want to check out the league I'm the Commish of. Check us out at https://www33.myfantasyleague.com/2011/home/60582#0  We are full as usual but we may expand next year. What makes my league we call it the NAFL (North American Football League) different is we tell a story. It's like one of those Mexican Novelas. At any rate the whole season is one big story narrated by yours trully. The Owners love it. I'm told it's the best league that their involved in. So if you guys want to check it out and be a fan. You can follow us and the story on that link. It wont take you long to figure out which one is my team. The NAFL is in its 3rd year. We have a new website and I'm telling you this site is awesome! I even have Warrior music I was able to embed at the bottom of the home page.

Also, anyone know of a good site where I can make a deposit for $20? I want to do a bit of recreational to see where I'm at with this..2 dollar wagers and such.

How lucky is it that I suggested three plays and the one I actually picked was a blowout loss and the other two were blowout wins?! Oh well; it's like I always say and usually do: go with your first instinct! It's usually the right play. Of the three plays, I liked DET least and yet picked them.

Anyway, beware of the rebound pick. The rebound pick is LAA.  GL

Nice win with the ChiSox, Vector. I wish I had been on that train!

I recommend Bodog. They payout and they don't get shut down.

Yeah she is a beauty isn't she. I got it off a Brazilian site. I have to enlarge the pic to remember. It's in the lower left hand corner if you can see it.

Vector- The funny thing is I have seen this pic on a couple of websites too. So it's getting around. Once it's out there there's no telling where it will end up.

 I am no hater and am certainly not jealous, but these two deserve each other. They form the Massengill posse and stalk the profiles of anyone who responds to their posts. I mean, I posted on he/she's HELP thread and was quickly met with profile stalking response referring to not seeing me on the leaderboard. Then, they profile stalked EdwardGlennX to find out his record and bashed him, too. Eff 'em! Why anyone would back them up is beyond me. Hopefully their prize winning is at an end!

Sometimes Bama our first thought is the wrong thought. My first thought was Detroit. Then I'm looking at the O/U and I'm thinking this game is gonna go over. Then I'm looking at Chicago over Seattle. Then I'm thinking I should just not pick. Enjoy my W3 for a day. Then I read your post and I'm like hell if Bama is going for Detroit it must be a good pick so alas I picked Detroit. There was a small glimmer of hope when they made it 6-4 but the Twins put them away as we know. Should have went with my 2nd, 3rd and 4th thoughts.

Thanks so much for posting this link, Smooth! I will be following your League this year for entertainment! I checked out the League site and it is as smooth as advertised!  I absolutely love the story twist, which is something that so many Leagues are lacking. FUN! Yeah, the first thought doesn't always win, but it sure is aggravating when you go with something else and lose when your first choice for a pick wins! That said, Detroit was the "right" pick and they "should" have won! I am sorry that you lost your W3 on them. The bottom line is that this contest that we play is Tough with a capital T! It is hard to know what to pick on most days.It is also rare to find it difficult to choose between multiple picks on any day. This wealth of riches led to my demise yesterday.

That's a great idea! I like that you are starting small and safe. It is good to get your feet wet and test the water before diving in completely. You are right about Sports Parlor, as well.
