The Banks here in Canada have the politicians in their pockets
The Walmarts/Amazons/Starbucks are there because people continue to use them.
I have never purchased anything made in China since 2005 & I'm proud of that.
The last time I used Amazon was back in 2005 when they sold books.
I don't drink coffee and never purchased anything at Tim Hortons. I used to drink tea at second cup back in University days.

I try, but I'm not perfect. I'm a salon socialist. I'm all for the cause, but I like expensive shit and good coffee, so I buy Nespresso form Nestle etc.
Socialist is not a dirty word to me. To me it means the centre/left socialist parties of Europe, they're not the revolutionaries the way Marx saw it, they're the parties looking out for the working man etc... kinda like the NDP but without the woolly fuck ups. I can't vote here and it's a good thing because I don't like any party here.
