Canberra Raiders vs Newcastle Knights: Raiders H2H - $1.90
WTF... Raiders are underdogs in Canberra vs a Newcastle team that just scored 2 points against the Cowboys and the Raiders just beat the Knights 3 weeks ago in Newcastle 
? I think this line is crazy as hell and I will take the Raiders to flog the Knights in this game. Jumping on this line right now before the books increase it. I can't see how the Knights can be -1.5 fav's in Canberra. Raiders played well against the Panthers in terrible wet conditions and as far as I know, Campese, Wighton and Milford are all fit and un-injured.

Gold Coast Titans vs Brisbane Broncos: Broncos -2
As this season has been so inconsistent, im going the Broncos tonight. Reason being, the Titans just beat the Storm in Melbourne, the Broncos just lost to the Eels. Letdown spot for the Titans IMO. They are 4-1 S/U so far this season but I think the Broncos are fav's for a reason at Skilled Park. The Broncos have actually played quite well over the seasons vs the Titans and I think this will happen again tonight. The Titans have a 5 day turnaround and the Broncos had a full week to get themselves ready for this game. Like Broncos in this game

Melbourne Storm vs St George Dragons: Storm -8.5
Storm 28-14 win.
How many MNF games are the Storm going to get down in Melbourne? They beat the Knights and then lost to the Titans in their last 2 MNF's in Melbourne. What I love about this line is that its actually 2 points less than what the Knights were given and 4 points less than what the Titans were given. Don't forget, the books had the Dragons rated around 14th/15th at the start of the season. I think the Storm are finally going to cover ATS in this game. The Dragons fantastic start has slowly diminished after losing to the Broncos by 16 and then the Rabbits by 20. I think the Storm can win this one by at least 10+. After losing last week at home to the Titans, Bellamy would have been up the players like nothing else. The issue with the Storm is that they have to get their season back on track before Origin starts because once Origin comes around, they are heavily effected by players going on Origin duty and they have always relied on having a solid start to a season. They need to get a run happening of wins so they can climb back into the top 4.
Storm 28-14 win.

Manly Sea Eagles vs NQ Cowboys: Cowboys +6
Without DCE, I think the Eagles are going to struggle badly offensively. Koran moves to HB and Lyon into 5/8. This league has been so inconsistent this season and I wouldn't be surprised if the Cowboys win this game S/U. Will take the extra points though in what might be a close game. Cowboys are needing a win to stay in touch of the top 8 and I think we see a surprise upset.

Cronulla Sharks vs Sydney Roosters: Sharks +7.5
Gallen is back for this one and Shark Park can be a fortress especially on a cold Saturday night. Wouldn't surprise me to see the Sharks win this one with Gallen back in the line up but I also see the Roosters winning this one in a tight game. Last season the Sharks beat the Roosters at Shark Park whilst the Roosters were a hot team, this year they aren't so hot and I think it will remain close. Sharks aren't playing good footy on the road but they have been decent at home at least. Big Gallen going to step up and give the Sharks that confidence booster they need.

Yeah Rod, I don't think the books are giving enough respect to the Sharks and what an impact playing at Shark Park can be for the Sharkies. Gallen back is massive and even though they are still missing Lewis, i think their pack and match up with Roosters. Fafita is still there and Robson/Carney are in the halves. Should be a close game IMO

Parramatta Eels vs West Tigers: Tigers +6.5
Yes I am a Tigers fan but this line is ridiculous IMO. No Farah as we all know but I think the Tigers can keep this one close. Yes the Eels have been playing good footy of late but to be fav's by more than 1 converted try, I will take the extra points.

Penrith Panthers vs Gold Coast Titans: Over 36.5
The total has gone over this 7-1 in their last 8 meetings. After only hitting 2 points vs the Rabbits and 12 against the Raiders in a miserable wet night, I think Penrith might put up a big score today and also allow several as well. I was undecided by the ATS because I am surprised how well the Titans have been playing but on a clear Monday night (kick-off at 7pm - i live 20 mins from Penrith) I think both teams can hit at least 7 tries combined + Sezer is a beast with conversions so he might assist with getting this over. Im thinking something around 24-22 Panthers.

Melbourne Storm vs NZ Warriors: Storm -8
This is one of the smallest lines we have seen for the Storm at home as favourites. They have won their previous 7 from 8 games on Anzac Day and with what has been happening with the Warriors, I think the Storm bounce back after that terrible decision in the Raiders game which cost them the game. I think Storm win this and win big for the first time this season, 32-10 Storm.
Brisbane Broncos vs South Sydney Rabbits: Broncos H2H
Broncos win this IMO. Rabbits are the same side as last season, they have dropped Merritt which is a good thing I believe but their issue is their halves and hooker. Reynolds/Sutton just aren't kicking into gear too often and the new young hooker for the Rabbits is just not getting the forwards going. Sam Burgess always puts in 100% but the other forwards just don't have the same go ahead like they had this time last season. Will take the Broncos to win in a big game at Suncorp tonight.

Season: 14-17
Making a comeback this round. Had 2 weeks off and we are starting to see the big teams finally put their foot down.
NQ Cowboys vs Sydney Roosters: Cowboys H2H - $2.00
Mitchell Pearce as we know has been dropped for this game because he is a clown and was doing naughty things to the ladies of Kings Cross. SBW is moved into 5/8 and Maloney moves into HB. This is JT's 200th game tonight and the Cowboys are 4 wins from 5 games at their home field. I think the entire Cowboys team are going to be up for this match in front of their home crowd and with SBW being the biggest 5/8th you have ever seen, I just don't think him and Maloney are going to get many plays happening.
