Nothing. He likes to make outlandish statements and then wait for them to happen. He gets some perverse satisfaction out of it. Ask Tom Brady

    Why?

They still had 22 put past them that night.

In fact, they have THE SAME points differential as the Broncos.

Penriff have kept the sharks to 10, Maly to 10 and Melbourne to 16.

I think Brisabne's numbers are flattering if anything.

They still had 22 put past them that night.

In fact, they have THE SAME points differential as the Broncos.

Penriff have kept the sharks to 10, Maly to 10 and Melbourne to 16.

I think Brisabne's numbers are flattering if anything.

And yet they've conceded 3 more points than the Broncos, who have played some offensive powerhouses including:

    Cowboys

    Melbourne

    St George

I think the best news story is NSW wanting to pick jennings in the centres. Makes my Qld series win bet look even better

Penriff were dudded against Cronulla and Melbourne. They could easily have has a differential 12 points better than what the record shows.

I agree with Secondagain re the Broncos.

Ivan Henjak was fuming after last friday's WIN over the Roosters. Expect the Broncos to respond to their little "angry ant".

Again though, they're just terrible when it comes to covering, and it wouldn't surprise to see them rattle up a 30-12 lead and end up winning 30-26 against the Panthers.

Penrith could quite easily be 5-0 ! They'd probably look back on every game they've lost so far and think they should've won.

Again though AB, DON'T UNDER-ESTIMATE THE BRONCOS

This is a very good football team and a club steeped in winning culture.

The winnnig culture part I don't dispute. They set the benchmark in that as far as I'm concerned.

The 'very good football team' bit I can argue with though.

Lockyer is getting found out, exactly as he would when Carroll retired.

Wallace is solid but not spectacular. They have some guns in the backline, no doubt about that.

The pack, save for Dave Taylor, is ordinary though. Yep, ordinary.

This is a side playing on passion and reputation - and that won't get them too far imo.

So, where does Penrith make it competitive? Sammut outplaying Wallace? Tighe giving Hodges and falou the once over? Penriffs "winning culture"?

over then the fridge and freezer, I can't see it

Firstly, their pack should shit all over the Brisbane mob - thereby limiting the gifted Wallace his room to weave his magic.

Sammut's no halfback, we all know that, but between him, Lukey Lewis and co, all they need to do is play straight and they'll have Brisbane backpedalling.

You don't think they'll be wise to the ' if in doubt, bomb to the freaks wing' ploy?

I'm hoping Ace and his 6,000 cousins rock up to Penriff Stadium and push the boys home.
