SF -7 Harbaugh was enbarrassed last week, always comes back strong either as a coach or player. 7 seems like a lot but my money is on SF & under.

Let's look at this from a different perspective..

    1. Seattle shocked the country last week by beating the mighty New England Patriots (in a game in which the Patriots controlled most of the way)

    2. San Fran got smacked in the mouth at home against the NYG. Smith looked like his old self last week, throwing three picks, and the the run game couldn't get anything going against the NYG's defense.

Based on these two games, "logical" perception would be that the Seahawks should not be getting 7

    3. Seahawks has beaten the Patriots, Cowboys, Packers, and Panthers.. 3 of their four wins at home.. Two losses on the road at St. Louis and at Arizona.

    4. San Fran has beaten the Packers as well, along with the Bills, NYJ, and Detroit. Their losses have come against two teams with very good defenses and very good pass rushes, in Minnesota and NYG.

Seattle has beaten some impressive teams, abit at home. San Fran has beaten some mediocre teams and done pretty bad against the good defenses they've played against. What's more important when capping this game?? Seattle's performance on the road or San Fran's performance against good defenses??

    5. Intangibles.. Short weeks usually favor veteran teams. Russell Wilson has been outstanding so far as a rookie, but still is a rookie none the less. Marshawn Lynch vs Frank Gore kind of cancel each other out, although I do think San Fran has a better offensive line.

Leaning on San Fran as of now

The Seabirds have the BIGGEST heads right now.  They win a couple games and they think they have the right to talk shit to T. Brady???

They aren't even on the same level...they are going to be at practice all week saying how big and bad they are and laughing saying "we are the best"

    UNTIL.....

They get smashed by the 49ers.  This game will be a self asteem dropper for the Seabirds....just wait and see.

Consider this: Seattle coming off a big, (albeit non-conference) win over perennial super-bowl contender N.E.........and SF coming off of a embarrassing home loss to conference rival NYG..........that spells a SF win to me........cover? I don't know.........Seattle hasn't shown the same moxie on the road as they do at home, so that's tough. These two teams typically play each other tough, so despite Seattle's 1 - 2 road record, I like them to keep it to a field goal.

This is a divisional game and the 49rs are pissed. Seattle has a great D but they also have a greenhorn for a QB.

Harbaugh will have his teem focused n reddy tonight at home.

    taking over n the pts.

    good luck 2 all

I see the Seahawk defense getting to Alex Smith and we have seen last week what he reverts back to when it occurs...Seattle plus the points..tough game..SF should eek it out but, they're not looking dominant as thought or shown.

Spread is at -8 now.  I think I am going to take the over on this one. If I can get -7 and buy the hook I will do that, but for now:

    Over 37.5 - 1 Unit

    ML Parlay:

San Fran, NE, Houston....money in the bank.

Seattle's a different team on the road, Niners should come out strong and really put a hurting on a mediocre Seahawks offense. Harbaugh has also always had Pete's number going back to their college days.

Niners -7 and Under 38. Don't see many points going up on the board in this one. Only way it goes over is some garbage time/"backdoor points" when the Niners are way ahead (i.e. 35-10, something like that). That or turnovers creating TD's or great field position.

Best of luck, and all the people that are talking mad shit to vue and others.....grow up and get a life. People come here for some insight and analysis and constructive conversation, not to get into fights with immature morons.

The more the line goes up, the better I like the Niners! It's "lights out for you" Mr. Nofriggin'way". I supply handicapped selections. You want stats & facts- pay me!

    SAN FRANCISCO  - 7.5

Actually it opened at 9...the question is who bet it down so much, public or sharps...or both?

I have no RSI stars but my NFL regular season record on Covers.com is 29-17 which is 63%.  So, go figure.  Doesn't bother me.

As for who is betting what, on my website tonybuccasports.com, the line movements for this game are SF opened at 9 and is down to 7 with 55% betting Seattle.

    Gl all,

If the Oregon game begins to piss me off I'll turn this one on. If this one pisses me off I'll turn the Oregon game back on. THEREFORE i MIGHT AS WELL PLUNK DOWN A 3 TIMER ON

    San Francisco - 21                                     Seattle - 15

    Seahawks +7                                      under 37.5

Pete Carroll must be some kind of magician. Maybe this cat has one more trick up his sleeve.

    Seattle - Under

Niners are way too tough for the sea pigeons....Seattle wont be able to run the ball at all, that means Russell Wilson will be throwing lots of balls to the wrong team...Niners Roll and cover EASY!!!!!

Vue don't feed into their B.S. my brother just keep on doing what you do.

Last time I checked everyone's opinion here on why they are making that choice is free of charge for everyone to view. Opinons from members here should be used as a guide or path to choose and not a free pick. Which path you take is solely up to you.

     Aloha and good luck everyone
