JETS = Just Establish Team Stinks

Raiders are pathetic too but at least McGloin is a ray of hope.

Yes...I agree that the Jets suck. In fact, I would venture to say that the Raiders are a better team. But the NFL has always been about situational betting for me...and this situation says lay the points on the Jets.

The Raiders have been one of the worst traveling teams over the last decade. In fact, they haven't won a game on the east coast since 2009 and have only won 2 games in the eastern time zone since 2008. When we take into account that we have a rookie qb making his 4th start against one of the leagues best rush defenses, we have a recipe for lots of 3rd and longs. And when your average rookie qb is on the road in 3rd and long, bad things happen. Especially against a Rex Ryan coached defense.

I ask, who better to end the Jets 3-game losing streak than the Raiders? We tend to have short memories so we focus on the last 3 stinkers the Jets have played. They haven't even scored a TD since week 10 against Buffalo. Meanwhile the Raiders have looked really competitive in their last 3. I, myself, was impressed by their effort on thanksgiving (and I imagine that's why the public is on them).

With all that being said, I think its time for the Jets to stop the bleeding. Keep in mind, the Jets have beaten both the Patriots and the Saints at MetLife, and with Coach Ryan giving his rookie a "wake-up call" benching last week, I expect Geno to play a clean game and use his legs to make plays.

Rolling the dice on the JETS for the win and cover...good luck.

Keep in mind, the Jets have beaten both the Patriots and the Saints at MetLife

     - yeah, WTF??? How do you beat these teams, and then get schooled by the Bills, and again at home by the Dolphins? Jets are so up and down, and so is this Geno kid. But the Raiders are perennially "Dah RAIDAAAHHZZ" - their only road "win", this year - Houston..... BFD......

Jets, but it'll be a gross, nasty, "pop warner looking" game.....

I concur. Expecting a Jets blowout.

Raiders are well rested and had 9 days for that, I don't think that this eastern time zone will not have an effect on them....Raiders are playing against a QB who is tops in the league in giving interceptions! I'll take The RAIDUZ Line and on the points!

McGloin was at PennState last year! Being from the Scranton area, the people will be traveling in bus loads to see the only thing the City of Scranton has to look forward to. Other than Mike Munchak coming from Scranton, McGloin is the best thing since slice bread for the area. McGloin wins this one for the Electric City.

Raiders will dominate Mc Gloin is good at keeping the chains moving and the Raiders weak defense off of the field. Fat Rex Ryan will be a quality control coach somewhere next year
