Saints appear to have difficulty playing on the road judging by their recent games. Any concern about the Seattle defensive backs should keep in mind that, while the loss of starter is significant, because of the caliber of play difference from #1 to #2, which is significant.

The drop off between a #2 and #3 isn't as drastic, so that should not a top priority in selecting. The Seattle kicker is outstanding according to his stats, while Saints' kicker is unsteady, in Seattle, may be unreliable.

Saints rushing game is average; Saints run defense gives up 4.5 a carry. Value can be found in teasing Seattle to 0 or .5....

As for over/under, which would be the other component of the teaser...YIKES! HELP! Feel so close but so far away.

I would take the under, because of the Saints kicker...majority is on the over, including the professionals. Over lines are usually inflated for BIG PUBLIC GAMES (Monday night, Sunday night and popular teams, which both of these are). So Value might be found in the under tease.

If it was an ugly windy and rainy Seattle night I could see taking the Seahawks here. But I can buy NO to +7 here so I will, just seems to be more value to me. Saints-good pass d run not as well. Sea runs well. Saints can't run. Mainly pass Sea defends pass well. Rush so so.
It looks like each team cancels the other out!!! But too many points for Sea. The types of teams they shit down have terrible offenses to begin with. First, it's hard not to like the saints in this matchup, but can some answer this question for me? If 60% of the public are on the saints, why has the line increased from the opening line? This line is begging for action on the saints. Something isn't adding up here. Vegas must know something I don't. Seattle seems like the in logical choice at -5, but I suspect they will win by 2 touchdowns based on the strange line movement.

Hey Bell, do you think the lethargic play might have more to do with division rivals as opposed to a down stretch. Regarding the stats supporting either Saints of Seahawks rankings on defense, what is the difference between the offensive strengths of their intra-divisional foes. That might give a clearer indication of the rankings..

Can't decide between these two ---they are now an even match--all things considered... So the over is the only way to go---SCOOOORRRE  !!!!!

The Seahawks plus the crowd at home = disaster.. Ask the 49ers in which the saints squeaked by at home.

Saints are not as good on the road PERIOD. They actually have a good road record but they squeak by against bad teams and do not put up points. I know Seattle will be without two In the secondary but it is next man up in this league. Injuries are overrated unless QB or center. Seattle looked lackluster at home against Tampa but the energy here will be completely different. NFL is situational. I'm taking Seattle -5.5 -120.

Big game going  with the veteran qb....drew plus 6 anyday.
