Denver is just 1-5 SU and ATS in there L-6 games as a dog of 6 pts or less. Tennessee is just 1-8-1 in their L-10 games as a favorite of 6 pts or less. Something must give here. I like what the Titans did last week as a road dog vs the NYGiants. The Broncos have a chance in this game but I have a strong gut feeling that the Titans won't let me down.

    Pick = Tennessee-6 pts.

    My Guesstimate = Tennessee-27 Denver-17

Corrected now. I forgot to add the ATS there. Big item omitted by mistake.

    Tennessee - 23                                        Denver - 21

    Broncos +6.5                                    over 41.5

Denver 3-1 ATS last 4 vs the Titans.  Maybe it's time for these two to play a close game. Then again maybe not.

A case of Coors and a Bronco cover is on tap for me this Sunday.

Titans beat up on bad teams. Den showed some speed and toughness against Indy last week. They get a few TDs in that game maybe they get the v. Titans too one dimensional. Den for the large

A few things to think about....
    1. Giants actually OUT GAINED the Titans in that blow out loss...
    2. Denver will be thankful to 'basically' just have to play the run this week, as opposed to dealing with a thrower like Manning.
    3. Orton is one of the best 3rd down QB's in the league.

    Leaning Denver...

what the frek are you talking about.. they dont have to worry about a good thrower like manning?? if anything vince young is like manning in throwing and he has speed to run around the pocket..

tenn -6.5 for me.. tenn always covers the spread at home.

denver does not play well against teams from that division..

    tenn by 7 or more

Tenn will run all over Denver, control the clock, and shut down the Bronco pass game. Moreno is out and Denver has a average at best run game.

    Tenn 20 Denver 10

Although it isn't the "Three Amigos" era, Denver is posting some gawdy numbers in the air, and if it weren't for the Broncos going 5 of 15 on third down and 1 of 4 on fourth down against the Colts, that game could have been different.  Young Threw the ball 16 times last week.. 16 TIMES!! I throw the ball more than that in my flag football league. Titans are one dimensional for sure.  He can run, but in a pocket shootout, he's a fraud. Titans can't rely on CJ to win every game for them.  I'll say Denver 23 Tenn 17 for the upset

    It isn't

WTF?  That guy should be banned from this entire site for posting such an awfully retarded comment.  Vince Young has yet to develop into a real starting quarterback.  Eli Manning has a superbowl ring.  Wake the hell up, dude.  Seriously.  Stop drinking so much on Sunday morning and stop falling in love with highlight reels.  Even my mom knows Vince Young isn't for real.....sheesh

I was quoting Masatos on my last post, joedaddy76 (it's a ridiculous statement to make.. comparing to EITHER Manning)..
Add that to the statement he made Tennessee is a cover machine at home.......It's hard not to agree with you my friend..

Denver is the play here. Denver ML as well. I'll tell you why. The Titans have no passing game, and Fisher/Dinger don't trust Vince Young to throw the ball and not turn it over. All Denver has to do is stack the line against CJ like teams have and they will limit his chances. Just look at those numbers 338 yards passing through 3 games? Seriously. The Titans defense is overrated and the Giants if not for shooting themselves in the foot they win that game.

I really don't look at trends, It convolutes my thoughts. WIth that being said, the Broncos aren't that good and it would take  A lot of bad breaks by the Titans to lose this game at home much less cover the number. Don't over think this one, the Titans cover.

You forgot about the loss to SD on Christmas last year.  They've only played three playoff teams from last year during that stretch and only beat AZ on a last minute drive in a game when Leinart started in place of Warner.  Ten has also played 8 of its last 13 games at home.  Alot of those games have finished close.

Now I'm not ready to call Den a playoff caliber team, but I think they match Ten in points output.  Certainly enough so that they cover this spread.
