Insane the dimrats still push this narrative...

We need fox news to send some black reporters into the main Welfare cities to see if they can find any of these people without ID.... Probably can't find many. There might be a few homeless ones ,but do they vote?

HOW DO YOU GET WELFARE WITHOUT ID?

IDEAS..We need to insist on no early voting, NFW can a person vote multiple days for weeks on end.. so stupid)--Use the Purple finger, a must for this venerable fraud killing concept in elections.....Go back to paper ballots..any computer can be hacked**we have no choice with this* it will cost more to do it this way --so be it............Any one with no ID, ( lost,stolen)..MUST get their photo taken and sign a form stating 10 years in prison if they try to vote again and have them dink their finger in the purple ink as well.

Correct. Kentucky democratic primary was riddled with improprieties that put Hillary over the top by a few hundred votes. All paper and pencil primaries were won by Bernie.

Voter fraud myth is widespread, voter fraud is rare:

https://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/11/upshot/vote-fraud-is-rare-but-myth-is-widespread.html?referer=http%3A%2F%2Ftalkingpointsmemo.com%2Flivewire%2Ftrump-general-election-rigged-potential-challenge&_r=1

The years-long campaign by conservative groups has brainwashed the poorly-informed right-wingers.  Actual voter fraud is rare.

In 2002  President Saddam Hussein has won 100% ( 99.96% support.) backing in a referendum on whether he should rule for another seven years...

There were 11,445,638 eligible voters - and every one of them--- except -- .04% voted for Sadam..The government insisted the count was fair and accurate.

Obama pushed to repeal ID requirements in N Carolina to help Hillary this election in a swing state he once won. No ID means no responsibility, and ease for fraud.

There are reasons why voter ID laws are bad.  First, wrong for politicians to place restrictions on eligible voters for their own personal gain.  Second, unfair discrimination against thousands of eligible voters who lack government ID such as poor and young   people.  Third, cost of getting ID for eligible voter and taxpayers if free ID is provided.  Fourth, photo ID doesn't stop fraud. Most fraud found to be  errors by election workers.

OK, i'll give you paragraph one to some degree..I could live with early voting......but not for weeks like some states do....2 extra days is all we would need.

I  would also soften a bit on your paragraph two...SHOW UP WITH NO ID TO VOTE...Your picture is taken and you get purple ink on your fingers....After the elections photos would be compared.

How would you handle the fraud that occurs within old folks homes?

Photo ID takes care of DEAD people voting.

Somewhat easy to solve these issues with common sense solutions....Yet Ozero's justice department is fighting SO hard against cleaning up the problem...Makes you wonder why.

According to NPR 1.8 million dead people are currently registered to vote......... and 24 million registrations are either invalid or inaccurate.

So it's up to the DNC to "get out the vote" with those 1.8 M people.. ..

Unlike driving a car, voting is a right and not a privilege.  Voting is crucial for democracy.  Courts have struck down voting ID laws because they discriminate against minorities and don't improve integrity of elections.  Since millions of eligible voters lack government IDs, making voting harder may cost taxpayers millions of dollars.

According to politifact and Brennan center for justice, fears of widespread voter fraud are exaggerated.  Voter impersonation and voting more than once are so rare that they are nearly non-existent.  US justice department found only 86 convictions for improper voting out of millions of votes.  For decades, fraud is too rare to decide the outcome of  US elections.

You say "millions" lack photo ID to insure fair elections.

Where are these people?

Can anybody find at least a few of them?

Common sense dictates that because the Dems want unrestricted voting with no need for ID, and, fight so hard to keep it that way....They are up to no good.

According to Brennan Center, roughly 21 million eligible voters lack acceptable photo ID.  According to book "Voting Wars", the myth is that voter fraud is common and helps Democrats win elections.  However ID laws are introduced by mostly republicans to gain unfair political advantage in elections by suppressing democrat voters.

Voter impersonation accounts for under 5% of voting fraud.  ID laws don't stop most fraud such as absentee ballots and registration errors.  According to News21, there is one voter impersonation  out of every 15 million voters.

This is some of the DUMBEST stuff I have EVER heard of.

21 million with no ID in this country...YOU BELIEVE THIS CRAP?

Liberal extremist judges rule against voter ID rules for one reason only...They want to keep their power....With fair elections they get booted out......

Just answer me this question if you dare to: If someone is so dumb as to not have photo ID...Do you really want that person voting?

Most states give picture ID FREE to indigents..they get free food, free section 8 housing, free everything else, what is the big deal for a free $10 ID CARD?......Still again....HOW-DOES-A-PERSON-GET-WELFARE...without ID?

This issue needs to be addressed SERIOUSLY before November.

Also, please explain your connection to Brennan center pumping out phony extremist propaganda.

Why don't you just ask the next time you go to the welfare office?

Ask the Kennedys whether Jack could have won Illinois without Mayor Daley delivering the Chicago graveyard precincts.

Protecting the right to vote is not a partisan issue.  No eligible voter should be prevented from this basic right.  Elected officials should be encouraging more voters and not inventing barriers to voting.

ID laws make voting harder for elderly, poor,  veterans, racial minorities, disabled, young adults and people who change their names such as married women.

According to American civil liberty union, requiring voters to obtain an ID in order to vote is tantamount to a poll tax. No eligible voter should have to pay to vote.

According to Harvard law school, free ID is not really free but has a high cost.  Expenses from documentation, travel and wait time are significant for the poor.  Typical cost ranging from $75 to $175. If legal fee is added, cost can be as high as $1500.  Or potentially hundreds of millions for taxpayers nationwide.

Wtf?

Surely you aren't saying that a lack of I'd is a barrier to voting.

That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.

What if I left you Super Bowl tickets at will call but lets make it illegal to require an I'd for you to pick them up...but we'll announce to everyone that the tickets are there....I hope you get there first...good luck with that...don't come crying if some joe schmo beats you to them.
