 Putin has failed goal to prevent NATO expanding.  Instead Ukraine invasion has achieved the opposite effect.  Finland joins NATO with Sweden to follow later.  Without the invasion, Finland and Sweden wouldn't be NATO members.  Since Putin is dangerous and cannot be trusted, no european nation is rushing to ally with Russia.

After returning from China, French President @EmmanualMacron now says Europe must reduce its dependency on the United States.  Europe must not just reduce its dependency, it must end the US proxy war, punish the Nord Stream terrorists, embrace multipolarity and leave the sinking US ship.

France has seen the writing on the wall and is jumping that sinking ship.... they won't be the only European nation to follow.  

France's closest allies are Germany, United Kingdom and United States.  France continues to support Ukraine in war against Russia.  Before 2020, France was the largest arms exporter to Ukraine.  United nations vote reveals only 6 countries voted with Russia to not end war.
