There's some stipulation about it being 75% of donations under a certain dollar amount. It basically works out that if some whale donates 500K or something, it isn't free money but all the smaller donations from regular ol' hardworking Americans, many of whom are struggling during the pandemic, he gets to pocket 75% of that. Dude is a grifter. And he's never seemed to care about anyone but himself. He'll pocket that money without a second thought.
