supreme court only takes certain cases . and they wont take any case where substantive evidence was not presented in a lower court . and evidence so compelling that they have to overrule the lower courts . this is very rare . there must be a valid reason for aappeal to scotus - not just that u dont like the lower court ruling . they will refuse to hear such cases
