Hey don, the wars went on a credit card we are not paying off and represent part of a deficit we refuse to address.

So where are our taxes really going?

And why must they increase across the board?

Every working man and woman had a tax hike (against what Bary promised).

    I just want to know.

If we refuse to pay our debts. Why must the govt confiscate more money from the tax-payer?

although you cant change the fact that you are and SAF...
I have said in the past that transcending the partisan lemming thing is a matter of willing and able...

you are both able and willing to at times...

I like to think 14 is smart enough to be able, but his cut/paste alias bot programming stops him from ever being willing to drop his BS and act like a real person...

Bowslit, appears willing as he really tries...  but Fails over and over again because he is not able to think or act in any way other then a partisan lemming...

don seems neither able or willing... but he transcends the partisan line by being the opposite of what I lean towards being more progressive socially and thinking more conservatively fiscally...

"Excellent" in that the US has spent more than $15 trillion on anti-poverty programs and the poverty rate is higher than when we started spending that $15 trillion.

"Excellent" in that Medicare & Social Security will both be insolvent in 10 years, and have over $50 trillion in unfunded liabilities.

But, but, but European countries do it!!!

That's the point we're not doing anywhere near as what countries in Europe do. And our poverty is determined on an absolute level that takes into account one thing. threshold level.... There is no understanding of relative poverty rates which it is what is best.

Link please though. because you don't understand how to post links it seems like and you start system overloading.

Just for the record...They have been saying S.S. will be insolvent for the last 50 years. Faux news is always putting it out there to scare people. All they have to do is move up the retirement again a little to about 70 for full, and 65 for early retirement benefits.

10 million children can now go into any clinic for free.

The economy is recovering nicely. Again I say to those that wish Obama will fail, forget it, the stock market has almost triple since Obama took over. Interest rates are the lowest in my lifetime and that's over 70 years.

True patriots are stepping up and are buying American name brand vehicles. Foreign car owners are feeling guilty driving Honda's Toyota's etc. In fact Honda just had another huge recall, now that foreign lobbyist can't keep those cars off the recall list anymore. You know, the Mitt Robney types.

The unemployment rate will be under 6.5 % when Hillary takes office.

    From the New York Times:

The Social Security trust fund will be exhausted in 2033, three years sooner than projected last year, the administration said. And Medicare’s hospital insurance trust fund will be depleted in 2024, the same as last year’s estimate, it said.

“The projections in this year’s report are somewhat more pessimistic than last year’s projections,” Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner said in issuing the annual report on the two programs, which together account for more than 35 percent of all federal spending.

True patriots?? From what I heard, a lot of so called "foreign cars"are made in the U.S which in turns employ Americans and quite a few of "ours" are made in Mexico.

Your solution to S.S is simply pushing the age back?? Well, if it sets to 100, problem solved!!!

Isn't it safe to say that the American people have rejected the GOP (The party of stupid)?
I can't see any GOP candidate challenge Clinton for real. It will be even more humiliating than Romney's epic defeat.

Bunny651..Listen up young man, or woman. Much of that money earned goes back to Japan, not redistributed into our economy. Most importantly, when our economy is in a great recession, a real patriot buys American.

During WW11 we bought war bonds. The past two wars GW Bush said go shopping, in other word BUY AMERICAN ! So WAKE UP.

Secondly, on SS issue... People are living longer, so the we simply increase FULL retirement age to 70, Early at 65.

Wait, so, somehow money spent on slave labor in Mexico is redistributed in the USA?  That is a pretty interesting concept, please tell me how that works.

Also, guys like Romney are the beneficiaries of corporate profits,  are you saying that you are now for them?

Are you becoming a Neo-Con Don?

The working man is hurt when his job is sent to Mexico, and  the Japanese companies are willing to invest in American labor. They see value that GM does not.  What is wrong with supporting the working man Don?

So now you are touting W's asinine advice to consume without purpose to buoy the equities market? Lol, you are becoming a Neo-Con

Yeah,  why would you care,  you already have yours.

Screw the generations to come that were promised a light at the end of the tunnel,  just keep pushing it back further and further, until we have 90yr olds working in factories.  So typical of your generation.

Yes, because health care benefits are now "free" in the magical age of Obama.

Foreign car owners are feeling guilty driving Honda's Toyota's etc.

Honda & Toyota are more American car companies than Chrysler is.

Toyota has built 25 million vehicles in America, has over 30,000 US employees and doesn't get any bailouts from the US government.

Looking ahead to 2014 the republicans have a much deeper bench than the democrats...

For prospective republicans, while I don't agree with some of the names, here are the ones that I feel have a chance, Kasich- (OH) Jindal- (LA) Christie (NJ) Rubio- (FL) Walker (WI) Paul (KY)

maybe Ryan (WI) or Bachmann again.... sadly......

Personally I think Rubio would be a good pick even though I think he's an awful candidate and far too young...... But he'd win the latino vote and as we know, sooner rather than later the white population will no longer have a majority in the populace..

Democrats have Hillary, Cuomo maybe Biden.... O'malley?

    Who else??

Roger Ailes thanks you for watching.
