When Rep. Liz Cheney criticized former President Trump in her opening remarks
this morning, she was booed, according to a member in the room.

Here's what Cheney said about Trump:

“We cannot let the former president drag us backward and
 make us complicit in his efforts to unravel our democracy.
 Down that path lies our destruction, and potentially the destruction of our country.”

True republican Cheney is courageous to tell the truth while Trump supporters are cowards to deny reality.  All Americans should be alarmed by unfair ouster of Cheney which is an attack on democracy.    Sadly, current republican party has deteriorated into a cult of personality based on worship of Trump.  This is similar to cults build around dictators such as Putin of Russia and Kim Jong of North Korea.  Any republican who fails to support Trump big lie of stolen election faces excommunication.  This is not the way politics and government are supposed to work.  To solve nation's problems, people must work together instead of against each other.  Refusal to accept reality and civil war can only weaken the US.

However it is true that NIH provides a grant to an American research group (Echo health alliance) that works alongside Chinese scientists on ways to prevent pandemics.  NIH doesn't fund research to make viruses deadlier.  Extremely unlikely coronavirus is man made or comes from lab according to World health organization and US center for disease control.  US intelligence agrees with scientific consensus that origin of coronavirus is probably natural.  No evidence of structural clues to prove bio-engineering.
