Firstly, important to note at this point there are no charges being filed. However, is this a case of nobody is above the law? Legal documents appear to be manipulated to undercut the bank.
I would also think that anyone looking through their "non-partisan" lens could appreciate the irony here inasmuch as I can accept the concept of retribution.
However, the underlying question relevant to politics is whether elected officials can/should list primary residences in states outside their home districts?
