“I think Trump’s unelectability will be palpable by then,” Ryan said.

With control of senate, Biden could nominate more judges and other positions in government. Also investigations by senate republicans can be stopped by democrat majority. So far in federal elections, republicans have been under performing in recent years, while democrats have exceeded expectations.
