That's exactly! With the FBI basically handicuffed with little better than a skeleton crew, he could commit any myriad of federal crimes (like trump) and just walk away.

This argument uses the presupposition that there was anticipation of this already setting into the market. S-H did not help and may have exacerbated the situation -- but to lay the blame on it is wrong.

I know him and he is a good guy and has done a lot of good things in the field; he is the main one that started this idea. But here he makes a conclusion that is not supported well enough to me. Also as far the moderators “ I think Brett is as middle of the road as you get from Fox as far as integrity ” they we’re useless! One must remember it’s not, and cannot be a debate because most of them won’t abide by any rules that restrict them!
