 Stop directing me about how to interact with you. This thread is open for anyone and everyone to make comments, you are out of line as usual telling me what I need to provide to interact with you or anyone. If you have a counter position then state it with the perspective you have and what your view is, you can say whatever you like but telling other members what they are to do is out of line and not appropriate for reasonable discussion. I do not have to give examples of other fraud that happened during Covid unless you are suggesting that this is the ONLY fraud from Covid and that there is not other fraud. I think full well you understand that fraud is not only in Minny and is going on right now today in every state but you try to direct others in how they can interact and there is no need or value in your condescending approach. 

I have a counter view to the thread creator but I do not tell others how they are to interact with me and the requirements  I expect in order to have a comment or view even if it is different than me. I have no idea why you continue to dictate as if you are entitled when in reality you in this thread and most threads lack the ability to have discussion where you explain a different position in a respectful way and do so with actual perspective and content. You rephrase and summarize then tell others what they are required to do when YOU should be doing what you are telling others. So YOU tell me how Minny is the only Covid example and YOU tell me how Walz and DEMS are at fault and provide MORE data and information and perspective to back your position. I am not interested in your pocket experts that you never provide, you say others and experts and blah blah blah support your position but you never provide your own view or perspective. If you cannot engage with others using your own words and instead of telling others what THEY are to do then what is the value of this attitude?

 I am simply saying that you are just saying that you do not want to discuss this fraud because there are other frauds.

Then you do not list any other frauds.

This is like when a parent gets onto a kid and he says all the other kid are doing it.  The parent is talking about this kid not the others.

This example of fraud is massive, historic, far-reaching and far more complex than simple SNAP frauds in the past.

This is like a cop stopping someone for speeding.  The person says everyone else was speeding.

The cop has stopped you for speeding and at a far more excessive speed.  Then you also passed a stopped school bus, ran a couple of people off the road, changed lanes, ran from the cops -- all in a stolen car.

Now we have even taken your license and are going to impound your car because it is so bad.

Minnesota and the folks from the Governor on down need to be held accountable.

It is somewhat ridiculous to not understand why so many folks from both parties are talking about this particular fraud.

I do not understand why you do not see the difference with this case.

 So, I am not telling you what to do.

I am asking you to discuss this and whatever other cases you want to.  

Let us compare and contrast and see what has been done and what might need to be done.  

Especially, since this is all of a sudden at such a large level in a state that otherwise has not been bad.

Otherwise, it is like you said to me you are not adding any value to the thread if all you do is complain because no one will discuss fraud with you.

You claim this thread is partisan.  So?  What thread here is not?  

Imagine if this had happened in a state with a Republican Governor.  The media and Democrats would be going crazy.  Whereas, this one had to be forced out to the forefront on them.

The same thing with the situation in California.  These states now have massive fraud situations coupled with massive budget surpluses disappearing.

This sort of thing should not be partisan.

So, what if one side or the other brings it to light.

Hold the folks accountable and figure out a way to prevent this. 

If you are going to add all of these kooky programs and not also fund additional oversight, then you are going to see more and more this.

Your last two messages are so off the mark it is either you did not read my messages to which you are making claim OR you know exactly what you are doing and are just trying to pick a fight again. I think I know which one.

If you care to find the answers to your claims go and read my messages again because your entire premise is flawed and cannot follow the faulty narrative you are poorly pursuing.

I cannot discuss fraud when nobody is doing so, I cannot bring examples (even though you know they exist, I know and everyone knows there was plenty of covid fraud there is no need for proof lol) because I asked questions regarding the PURPOSE for the thread, was it fraud or was it a partisan DEM bashing thread. If you actually read the thread to which you are making claims on me and drawing these weak conclusions you would not make the replies you did. I am happy to have conversation that is why I asked the question(s). I would say there are few members here more interested in neutral conversation than I am but that only works when more than I am interested in the conversation. You are not interested in conversation you are no different than the partisan drones here that have little to add but finger pointing, you did nothing different.

Ive tried numerous times with you to have actual conversation and you are completely unable to do that, you pull this condescending garbage where you instruct how to interact with you and then quote others that agree with your view as proof of your view...rarely if ever do you actually have conversation that is two people sharing views and discussing back and forth. Before you try and act smug and condescending YOU be the person who does what you are barking, YOU discuss the topic with the same quantity of content YOU are requiring of others and do so with the actual intention of having conversation not that you are telling others how to interact and in the process destroying actual conversation and discussion.

The Minn. fraud scandal has raised awareness here in WA now. Supposedly there are 283 daycare centers that list their primary language as "Somali". The FBI won't confirm/deny any investigation at this point.

Short memory it seems.

Fraud, quid pro quo, you scratch my back I'll scratch yours, pay to play can be found in every state, every city & some small towns across the country. 

As we age we are suppose to be less naïve. Not much surprises me anymore.

"We visited those sites too, as did state inspectors many times over the last six months, and we found the facts on the ground tell a different story," Kaplan said. "Those daycares, many of them were written up for safety violations, things like maybe busted equipment or staff training issues, but that's not the same as being fraudulent, so it's important to put all of this into context."

SIMPLE ANSWER TO THIS ALL, when these inspections, claiming to be unannounced, were performed WHAT WAS THE HEAD COUNT OF CHILDREN at the centers????? Do safety inspections even take a head count? If they did we shoulda heard by now. Does CBS have videos of daycares full of children prior to Nick Shirley? My guess they don't but will now, after the fact.

Find it TOTALLY AMAZING. If Trump and his big mouth weren't around and all this political polarization was not happening CBS and other news agencies would be doing the right thing and investigating to. But they seem to be blindly defending and Politico threatening. Just like this thread on COVERS.

Minnesota is a big deal. They found fraud and were fighting it back in 2015-2018. Kudos to them. But you would think they would be alert enough to see more coming. Much more. When this young man Shirley goes door to door asking to signup his son for daycare and they all tell him to go away and none of them appear to have any children, ah yeah, good luck defending. Of course Shirley is a "whitey", a term I saw here, so maybe it was racial. Shirley also went to several healthcare agencies asking to signup, turned away everytime. Pretty damn blatant. Guess that's why Politico fantasizes Shirley getting shot.

 So were you enraged when Covid fraud came out pretty much within a year of the stimmy gig going out? There was a crap ton of fraud in my area and it was pretty much blasted on the news about people of all colors and mostly from the grand ole USA defrauding the government and scamming the stimmy setup and the worst part was people scamming large scale business stimmy. How many posts and comments were you making at that time when it was all over in every state?

Is it that these scammers are from a different country much like the Haiti enraged ranting that went on out there and in here when your boy forwarded outright lies to get votes? I dislike color generalizations, race generalizations, political generalizations so if you are going to be mad at stimmy scamming then be consistent and not partisan and especially not discriminatory.

So you take 100,000 people from the 2nd worst corrupt disfunctional, low trust, scamming society and then concentrate them in a high trust society and then are surprised they are taking advantage of you, big time. Color doesn't matter, CULTURE matters. 

And then we have those who deflect to color as way to diminish the actions of what appears to be rampant fraud. Even the previous fraudsters resorted to a skin color lawsuit to try to squash investigations, and along with bribery. 

Maybe Denmark does it right afterall by not allowing minorities to concentrate in any given area, gain local political power and then destroy the country they move to.

The IRS website says there was about $10 billion in fraud from the CARES Act. About 1,028 people have been indicted across the country so far. Good!

Now Minnesota fraud is estimated at $9 billion plus. One state, mainly one group of people. "AH, AH, AH, you can't talk about them without including whites that frauded COVID."

 Did you answer the first question? Were you this angry when white USA folk were scamming the government of Covid funds a few years back? I do not remember seeing much outrage back then and it makes me wonder why that is? Are you angry at the way your party race baits your base to get you all divided and ready to vote this fall?

I'd rather stop blaming and color pointing and put some systems in place for local, state and national government that empowers the government to be in front of fraud and deception. The problem is not going away by blaming Somalia or Walz or DEMS etc that does zero to stop the problem. If we want to safeguard fraud then we have to put systems in place and audit staff in place to make the fraud more difficult and catching the fraud much easier. 

When we have an organization (government) dishing out BILLIONS of dollars with no infrastructure to investigate or audit programs what exactly is going to happen? If a business ran their ops like the government does they would not exist and yet one party was front running an outsider who took a grenade to middle class government jobs the ones that are of no value yet they really are of value aside from providing someone the opportunity to make a living. 

If you want to stop fraud then the last thing you should do is blame race or color or political party, the first thing you would do is evaluate the systems in place and identify the weaknesses of the process and make them stronger. That requires investment and ongoing costs which seems to be the last thing the TNC is interested in pursuing.

 Who are you happy about being exposed, Walz and the LIBS or anyone who is involved including your party? Are you happy when it is exposed or when it is made better, which part of this are you interested in?

I am not interested in partisan finger pointing I dont care it is Minny or AZ or Alabama or Ohio because it exists everywhere and trying to make this about political groups is  just flat out stupid.

Your attitude of blaming means we will never get in front of the problem, guys like Musk who want to vaporize mid to low pay government workers make things worse when we should be investing an exponential more in security and protocol for government outlays to the public, not that it needs to be more complex but that there are auditors and competent staff to catch the cheaters and that is why I have no idea how anyone would cheer the IRS being neutered then whine later that tax cheaters took advantage. If you have weak internal controls you get a weak result. You want to stop or curb fraud, get stronger internal controls. THAT is your solution not play blame a lib as you are doing.

I like how MSM tried to bury this story. Even the poster in post #2 had no clue. Then a Politico reporter suggests someone will get shot knocking on doors. Nice! Then CNN tries to discredit this Shirley by saying they called several Minny daycares and one actually answered, and they said over the phone they are not fraudulant. So CNN says see, they said they are not fraudulant. TOO FUNNY!!!

Then you have posters here, "but Trump, but Trump!" and White guys do it too, where's your outrage for that, and then derogatory words used like "whitey" followed by Good Post!

I guess for me it's; There is an action (very probable exposure of large fraud) and THEN there's the various reactions. Those reactions interest me as much as the action did.

Hmmmm. I've read this guys articles before, many are stupid and many contain facts. This one is showing some facts. 

And I'm not after Walz. He's a piece usless garbage IMO but they have gone after fraudsters in the past. And the courts shot them down, interesting. Obvious fraud, a unanimous jury conviction and a judge tosses it out. Makes ya wonder if another bag of money was handed out like the juror they tried to bribe. 

If this fraud is as big as they say and they've had fraud problems before, how could this happen?? Not like it blindsided anyone. I mean neighbors saying there has never been activity at some of these daycares. WOW!!!

And to exposer; Senator Lisa Wellman has introduced legislation in Washington State to expand privacy protections for all licensed or certified child care providers, aiming to safeguard their personal information from public disclosure.

Is this how dems react to someone other than MSM finding fraud??? Guess so. Very revealing.

So let's see, Biden adds 900,000 federal jobs in four years, a 46% increase, the largest increase in 30 years. Trump and Elon trim 1/3 of that 900,000 and suddenly the govt. is unable to function. The IRS is back to 2022 level after being bloated to 100,000 employees under Biden. One would think that, like corporations, technology would require less employees not more. In my working experience throwing more people at a problem is not good business. Especially when they bulk when required to even show up at the office.

Wow, I see Elon highlighted a post on X that says Minnesota day cares made a total of $35 million in political donations last two years. That's interesting.
