So double your population - host a war between Florida and Texas (making 15-20% of their landmass unliveable) and then invite every Canadian + every South American to live in the states you have left - then we can talk
I think our last administration tried to do all of what you say here, except florida and texas wouldn't fight each other.
But you still didn't say anything about your politics that's going on right now. We can look up population numbers. Wondering your perspective on your country government as it sits right now?

I don't mind our government having a harder stance on immigrants that come in here doing crime - it should be a privilege to become a European citizen - as long as people come in here and "behave" we could host the entire world for all I care - if that answer your question (I am a little confused what exactly you asking) -
The problem with EU as an institution and why so many countries over here has a "problem" with it - is because it decides a lot of stuff the countries think they should decide themselves - Denmark and Italy for instance have both a very hard stance on immigration - because Italy gets most of the illegal immigrants and in Denmark almost all crime and taking advantage of our welfare system is committed by immigrants (mostly immigrants living in Sweden) - so we want to get rid of all those that can't behave - but we aren't allowed to by EU - in a US comparison it would be like if all the immigration problems were centered around certain states - but it was the Federal goverment deciding how you should treat them, what you could do to prevent them from doing crime etc. - Then those states would also get mad if they had no say in how to run their "business"
EU as a whole has a pretty strict immigration policy - and we are mostly surrounded by water - so we can more easily keep track of who enters and who doesn't - but we also use it to hurt each other - like Russia has deliberately send illegal immigrants from the middle east into Finland, Poland etc. - but as soon as someone is a EU citizen - we can't really do anything to them - we can't send them "home" or anything - so it causes a lot of friction with 21-22 member states running the show to some extent like they want

it seems we have a lot more in common than you think as far as government control think of our 50 states and your EU has 27 countries. all with different cultures and ethnicity it also should be a privilege to be an american citizen, just like you believe in your country as well
True - I have actually also said to Uniman I just forgot to say it to you as well - I have no problem at all if you guys just declined them at the borders (I am in no position to say how many you can let in and how to run your "business") - and lets be real it is better to decline them at the border than let them in - if you can't give them a good life and take care of them ! (it isn't defining if you are a good person or not if you let them in or not - I am a firm believer it is better to help the countries they come from - so they can thrive there)
It is the "sending to El Salvador" part that is wrong - you could start by sending them home - ultimately it is you guys that had the problem (you should have had control of your borders) - that it was under Biden or whoever doesn't change that fact
