Huffpost reports that Trump big bill has a hidden provision to weaken judicial check on executive abuse of power.  Section 70302 blocks judge from issuing contempt injunction against defendant who defies court order unless plaintiff pays bond at start of lawsuit.  This would hamstring judges, reduce access to courts and reverse Trump administration defeats.  In lower courts, judges have ruled against Trump administration 96% of the time according to Stanford university analysis.
