I could believe it. Nothing came of it. No money exchanged hands. They ended up amicable. She has worked for him recently.
Also years ago, his first wife, during divorce proceedings, accused him of taking it once. Who knows. She recanted on her own. They remained on good terms. As good as divorcees can be.
