A wannabee-king just wants "yes men, boot-lickers" in various positions so he can forge his autocratic empire without serious opposition. In an odd twist, I actually hope he does something really stupid like that just 5 months before the mid-terms. Dems would then retake the House and Senate, assuring the nation that the convicted felon's empire will crash and the new Democratic President in 2028 will un-do 99% of the damage trump leaves in his wake....again.....for the third time in successive republican admins...
would luv to see that !

The godless felon has now placed the USA in last place when it comes to rare earth minerals. Don’t worry, we only need those for computers, cell phones, and electric cars. Maybe someone can create an unsecured Signal chat named DOTARDS ONLY and that will obv get their attention. This time though, go more low pro and only invite 2-3 journalists.

“The problem is what he’s proposing is so far outside historic experience there’s not even a decent set of estimates about it,” said Michael Strain, an economist at the American Enterprise Institute, a center-right think tank. “I saw some clip where Trump was attacking Biden about inflation, and it’s like, ‘You’re going to massively restrict the supply of workers and do a 10 percent across the board tariff?’ On the economics, that’s completely insane.”

Home Depot already ramped prices prior, my last few trips there for this and that items the prices are shockingly high. I paid 20 bucks for a valve turn for a RO system, went home and found on Amazon a BETTER product was 1/3 the cost. Of course I ordered the better product and took the Guest valve part back unused.

@wallstreetcappers
Probably a wise business decision on their part, getting ahead of the tariffs full impact. Thus their recent declaration to the media somewhat softens the blow and hides the fact that they aren't willing to shoulder the cost of trump's bad decisions...can't blame any business for that.....unless they are gouging, of course.
