I've heard they might have a judge do some kind of a summary judgement where there will be concessions done on both sides. But I'm not familiar with law so I don't know exactly how it works. Jury trials are a gamble no matter which side you're on. All it takes is a couple Trumpers on the jury to destroy your case. And I don't believe there is such a thing as an impartial MAGAhead. They are a sh!tshow so-called news channel but Neilsen doesn't measure the actual quality rating of the programs only how many viewers tune in to watch the train wreck. Been like that for past couple years at least. So I expect to see their Neilsen numbers go up.

I heard that the House GOP are also trying to pass a bill to prevent states from prosecuting ex-presidents. Are they so far gone now, that they think the senate would allow it? Luckily Biden would veto it in a New York second. If these wingnuts need to pass a law to keep their candidate out of prison, they need a new candidate.
