Rather I'd like to have members of our government call a spade a spade. There never would have been a rally, loss of life, injuries to many if Trump had not sponsored the actions of the mob. He told his followers that it was going to be "wild" and it certainly was.
I don't expect the GOP to convict Trump. That was never doing to happen.
