LEAST favorite pro player

There is a thread here for your favorite player I thought Id start one for your LEAST favorite pro player.

My 3 least favorite players are :

1) Humberto Brenes - just shut the fuck up and play already, all his side antics arent funny, theyre just exhausting. Could you imagine having to wait thru 5 minutes of his act before every decision, stop playing ffor the camera and play.

 

2) Jennifer Harman - I cant really put a finger on exactly what it is, I just cant stand her. She just looks like a bitch and I havent seen her do anything remotely impressive. I guess it all started when she got 2nd at a WSOP satellite event and complained about getting 5 outed on the river to lose just minutes after she 3-outed the other guy to stay alive. When she delivers a beat its ok but when she gets bad beat-ed its a tragedy

 

3) Erik Molina - Im not even sure if this clown is a pro but he is the most unlikeably guy ever. He makes Gold look like Negraneu. Id love to see that little shit in a back alley and beat the shit out of him, easily my least favorite

I dont like Phil Helmuth at all. He thinks he is gods gift to poker, but there are so many others that are better.  And he exagerates his bad beats way too much. Gotta love his favorite quote.. "If there wasn't any luck involved I guess I'd win everytime" .. so weird and full of shit he is

My least favorite without a doubt is Jamie Gold (I think he considers himself a pro).  Whether he's a pro or not I can't stand to watch him.  I'm not sure why but he annoys me so much but he does even when he is not involved in the hand.

Joe Hachem... the more they showed of this jerkoff this year the more i hated him...he bitched and moaned whenever he lost a pot . when he won he was a classless trash talking douchebag...go back down under and get kicked in the head by a kangaroo you fuckin jerkoff

Hands down for me has to be the mouth, Mike Matusow.  Was walking two different tourneys yesterday and he was in both of them. 

 

First one was the second quarterfinal match of Poker Superstars III with Matusow, Hansen and Slumann (T. Brunson had already won the first one and qualified for the semis).  Slumann gets knocked off by Gus and as he is leaving Matusow hugs him and tells him in a whisper (although you could heard with both having mics) that he played like shit and how could he let this idiot beat him like that.  He then gets knocked out by Hansen and when he gets intereview right after tells everyone Gus is an idiot he always will be an idiot and he knows nothing about poker.  If I was one of the other Full Tilt team I would have grabbed him after that and said fine for you to think that in private but shut the fuck up about it on TV.

 

Second tourny was Monte Carlo Millions and feature table had among others Ivey and Matusow.  Matusow is running his mouth and starts chirping on Ivey.  Ivey takes it for awhile then Matusow says something about teaching Ivey how to play.  Ivey says " Why don't we go to the Bellagio and we will see who can play".  Not a word from the mouth for a bit after that it was great. 

 

I have a friend who've played with him before and said he was one of the nicest person he has ever met.  But I've never played against him.

 

Yeah Matusow is a clown. He talks shit about guys playing bad when he is famous for the "Matusow blowup", he talks shit about guys being idiots when he did 6 months in jail for drugs, who's the idiot!!!! He admitted he is in debt and after he won 1 million in the TOC he was broke in 3 days, he's broke, a druggie, and obnoxious, its just amazing how many people idolize this loser

I was in Vegas last week during the heads up championship.  I was sitting at the sportsbook

so I pretty much saw everyone and couldn't care less.  Most are broke and are being backed

and are in a very tough situation.  Brunson was struggling to get in his scooter while one guy

is asking for his autograph and a women is snapping picture after picture.  I personally would

get fed up.  Gabe Kaplan told one guy he was busy nice way of saying no. 

 

Here are a few things I noticed while there

 

-Shanon Elizabeth is smoking hot

-Clonie Gowen is just as hot

-Cyndy Violette has a great ass ( she must be in her 40's)

-Sitting at the Ceasars sports book all you here is the "flop came xxx I bet he raised river comes a

deuce do you fucking believe it"

 

BTW Shanon Elizabeth was in the final four.

the guy ran his mouth nonstop and got lucky as shit in the WSOP.  Then it came out that he swindled his partner out of big $$, plus cheated by whispering to other friends what he had, so they could stay in the tourney longer

I cant stand Phil Hellmuth, but love watching him play because it is some of the most entertaining stuff to watch because of all the talking he does

The one reason I respect Gold is that as much as he was capable of chirping away, he also said many times, "you got me" or "good hand" when he lost.  What bothers me most is he think he played great and he caught cards all the time.  But he also put his dick in the vice a few times and came out on top.  He may have made some dumb plays, but he at least had the balls to try some different things (probably knowing he wasn't the best player and had to take some chances).  Not my favorite, but not my least favorite either.

 

i dunno colonel...maybe this year he felt the need to yell and act like a dick at the table . maybe ESPN said "hey joe we wanna show you , give us something"  you never know

 

 

I always thought this was the case.    TV makes these guys out to be superheros and in real life they are fuckin broke degenerate gambling addicts.     I know that's the case with Matusow.   Some skill is required in Poker but without a doubt it's mostly luck.  And most of those guys you see on TV are gonna lose and lose BIG on a regular basis.
