Tough game to pick...Illinois is a mess, but Rutgers is brutal. Best of luck. 
Might be a long hiatus from Covers if it misses....3.7% unemployment and the DJIA above 25000 have America's 401ks fully stocked. The votes will be there for 2020.
Even if impeached he won't leave office.
But, may tail you on Illinois and lay the points. Maybe tease down or HT bet if there is value.

IMHO the one think a leader at any level should be judged on above all others is the extent to which he/she unites or divides the people. Look at all your great historical figures; they all united their nations
It is the one thing, unlike say the economy, that cannot be attributed to other factors
By this measure many leaders struggle, including Obama. It’s hard! And in a diverse country like the USA, with relatively modern historic struggles about race, it’s really hard
But Trump has been an abject failure in this regard. He has not even noticed, or cared about this goal. He doubles down on party line rhetoric, labels and criticises anyone who challenges him, and NEVER plays the role of diplomat
You now have a country that is more divided than at any time since the civil war. And also one where the president endorses public mockery, name-calling and blatant lying as the preferred modes of discourse

FYI, when you read a chart about unemployment and when it goes straight down thats a good thing. So if you want to say things might of slowed from 2012-2013 , maybe. But there still are 3 more years of a downward trend that follow 2013.
Also you brought up the stock market. You boast about Trump's success while willfully ignoring Obama's.
Look I am not a political person at all. I can't stand that it made it to this forum. However if people are going to spew nonsense it needs to be checked.
