Just thinking about this...You joined covers 2 days ago bitching about where you live, having no friends and wanting to move to vegas.
Now, within a day, you were offered a $50,000+ job with no face to face interview, found an apartment with a friend and bought a plane ticket there?
No company is going to offer you $50,000+ in 1 day without doing a background check, references, interview etc...

I was out there earlier this year for the Nascar race and we took a cab to the track. The driver was just hilarious. He was telling us that about a quarter of the people who move there end up drunk or on drugs, a quarter end up broke, a quarter end up leaving, and maybe a quarter stay.

MoneySRH, you hit the proverbial "nail on the head." I was in LV for 2 weeks last Christmas and seemed like all service industry workers including table personnel were all pissed off. It was like they had all just gotten laid off from Wall Street and were between jobs. With sarcasm in every verbal exchange. This was not my 1st visit, late 90's 2000 I was there just about every weekend, coming in from Southern Calif., seemed like workers then were human.

I love how you are so interested in my life it is kind of awesome that I am followed and cared about like this. Just because you people work for 8.20$ an hour dosen't mean I do. Yes i was offered 52k based off a phone call and a stellar resume. Do you know how hard it is to find wireless store managers with the experience to run a store that brings in 50-60k a month in sales? thats just here in Cleveland I couldn't imagine the traffic in Vegas. i have sales awards from every company I worked for. You want me to send you pictures give me your email address. I just got another offer from a verizon indirect dealer to stay here in cleveland at 17$ an hour plus commission and 401k match. you have no clue about the cellular industry and the profits these companies make so until you do why speak blindly? I could sell you a brain to fill that empty head of yours by just talking to you for five minutes,..ya im that good kid.

Ok Amp you know it all I know. 50k is not that much money i have made that at Sprint and Verizon and with no college. Don't know why u think that is that far fetched....I am not suprised by it but I guess I am just used to it. I don't want to argue with any of you.
