Exactly sir. This stupid fucker wouldnt stop. Laughing shaking his head blah blah. Now maybe the next time he sees someone with my condition he wont be such a douche. Im tired of being the bigger man. If he sues me then fine. I dont feel good about not walking away but god damn I stood up for myself when he was trying to make me feel like shit for no good reason at all. HE did get a punch ion but it was nothing. Im probably fucked but we shall see. The fact that I did this becuase he was staring isnt that at all. You have no idea how many times EACH DAY this happens. Usually when I tell someone that I have TS. they understand. Even when they dont, they ask what it is etc....... This guy was trying to humiliate me.

You know ragin, it's one thing to hit the guy. But when he goes and apologizes over and over, and you continue, it's another. I feel for you with your Tourette's. But you were way out of line. There's a big difference between someone in their 30's and someone in their 50's(physically). Hell, why didn't you beat his wife up too? The guy didn't want you in his personal space. Maybe when you looked back, when he was shaking his head, he was thinking to himself he was wrong for staring and felt bad for it? Instead, you go and attack him. Why not show a little more class than him and walk away? You beat up a guy in his 50's? C'mon man. Of course it's impolite to stare. Do you think his wife wanted to witness that? How about showing her some respect? And I wouldn't be saying, "let him sue me", because if he does, you are in a world of shit. Hope it was worth it. . .

He's not gonna sue you. Somebody with your condition is awfully difficult to beat in court.....especially when the story as to who said what to whom will be completely altered.
I sympathize with your condition but steady man, that kind of a vicous attack could one day land you a felony assault charge and your life is changed forever.

I don't know about that, search. He did go back and beat him. He initiated the physical part of it. It's one thing to bitch slap the guy. But, after what he did, and going back again to do some more, he might get charged with felony assault. Also, we don't know the extent of the guys injuries.

Well it reads as though the police didn't formally charge him with anything, otherwise he would have been processed, locked up and required to post bail.....especially on a felony assault.
If that's the case then I regress.
How you bloody the shit out of somebody at Target for staring at you and avoid being charged, handcuffed and arrested is pretty confusing to me.

Sorry bud, but you just can't "beat the fuck" out of somebody for staring at you. Doesn't matter if you are handicapped or not. 
I'm going to go ahead and say that you actually belong in jail. You're a danger to society. He may or may not have been an idiot for staring at you but you crossed the line.
Whatever happens to you from this point forward, you deserve.
I'm actually surprised the cops didn't arrest you on the spot and throw you in jail.

Outside of multiple instances in the Preakness infield,I have never been in an adult fight.However if I was standing in line next to someone who was intentionally making someone with a disability uncomfortable,I would let him know how I felt about his actions in NO uncertain terms.If he responded rudely and then dared to put his hands on me,I'm going for the knockout!

People are on edge right now, I'd be a little more sensitive
In terms of fighting, really have to be careful with that. It's typically a bystander or two that jumps in and if anybody "trained" is nearby, they can screw you up. A fighter won't throw punches, they grab and break and size and age has nothing to do with it.

Fuck that guy, what is he going to sue you for? His damages were probably covered by his health insurance, so he isn't out anything. The guy has some culpability by continuing to stare after you asked him to stop. If anything you might have some civil penalties, but those will be minor. He also sucker punched you once he had protection there. If the police didn't take you in, you aren't in much trouble even if the dude sues you, which he won't because it will cost him more then he will win. I have been involved in three adult fights and aside from appearing in court, I have never been charged or fined in any of them. If you instigate someone, you are on your own, and will suffer the consequences. People are too quick to start shit thinking nobody will do anything these days. I'll bet you feel good about what you did no matter what penalties come your way.
