Im going on the other side of the fence here,, You had every chance to let it go and walk away, Yet you proceeded to go after him with rage and anger, You threw the first punch.
then when he was keeled over, you delivered a knee.
You had no control of yourself whatsoever as you did this in a crowded place like target.

Nobody knows whats its like to get heckled having tourettes.I wouldnt bust up a 50yr old man,but it obviously the guy was staring just to be a jerk.Things happen in the heat of the moment.My defense would be u felt threatened and I would immediately file a suit against him just for the fact he might surrender and say darn it.All these people say u are gonna get sued..total B.S...95% OF THE TIME people just say darn it.Im sorry u have to go thru tourettes and Im sure u get to the snapping point many times.Sounds like the guy needed his behind kicked and it also sounds like u stood up for yourself.Im not sure what I wouldve done in the heat of the moment.I was a brawler in my younger days,but been in 2 serious scuffles in 20 yrs with the same friend.Both of us were messed up both times and luckily nobody got seriously hurt.I dont think I could beat someone up in front of their wife unless they really provoked me.I had a guy almost hit his car up against mine.I cussed him then realized he had to be at least 60..I was like wtf was I thinking.garbage happens...People saying the guy didnt do anything..GET A CLUE..

I saw a guy with tourettes the other day I walked into the drinking hole and all the sudden the loudest F bomb ever occured. At first I was befuddled with anxiety think I had somehow upset this bald headed gentlemen.
Another exceptionally loud f bomb occured as I was nearing my preferred seating area. The F bombs continued sporatically throughout the entire duration of my libations it was somewhat of an annoyance but no one else said anything so I didn't want to cause a problem as well.

I walked back grabbed his neck and punched him square in the face right in front of his ugly behind wife. When he slouched over and held his head I kneed him in the jaw and punched him in the face again. He kep saying sorry man im sorry. Then security came over and asked the man if he was ok. He said no, this retard punched me for no reason.
Well I snapped, I the guy came after me landed a jab like punch to my chest and I grabbed his head and punched him so friggin hard that he just fell to the ground. My wife was crying so hard I felt bad and tried to walk away. But of course the cops came.
I told them what happened and two older people actaully rushed to my defense. The guy was a bloody mess and started screaming ill own you. Im pressing charges blah blah blah blah. I had to go to the police station and filled out paperwork
Obviously im being sued. The cops arent doing garbage about it but this guy is going to sue me. I gave this guy ten chances and he wouldnt shut the darn up.
Therefore I made and behind out of him like he was making of me.

first let me say sorry you have to live with this issue/problem in life ! i'm 66 y/o up until age 35 I would have done the same as you did. But, as you well know after your age 18 one has to consider what the risk/loss ratio...now you have to worry about being used and for your sake I hope you don't have a lot of assets in your name,,,it's a tuff call you took your chances, now I hope the gods are with you and your family !!! good luck man !!!!!!!!!
