Where are they getting enough explosive offense to separate from New York by more than a touchdown

Without Puka, I can absolutely see the Rams grinding out 20-24 points. What I have a harder time seeing is Los Angeles suddenly hanging 30+ unless the Giants give them short fields or make mistakes.

Rams actually can run it. Kyren Williams and Blake Corum combined for 95 yards on 21 carries against San Francisco, and Corum averaged 5.4 per carry.

Espicially considering Harbaugh seems to want to play more ball control with the "explosive" offense teams

Dallas had what, 2 drives in the entire 2h last week? Win, sure, blow a team out by margin... meh im not buying it either

So I think McVay’s answer without Puka is pretty obvious heavier personnel, more Kyren/Corum, more tight ends, shorter Stafford throws, play action, and Davante on the money downs.

I’m having a hard time finding real separation in this game. My books are hanging Giants +7, and I’m not acting like I know what the hell is going to happen tonight.

I understand the Rams bounce-back spot and all of that, but I just watched the Chargers sit in the same kind of spot yesterday and lose outright, so maybe I’m a little jaded.

Right now I’m just not seeing enough separation

I want to be on the inside here. But honestly I’m not exactly sure what you mean by “money talks.” I could definitely use any guidance tonight. Can you elaborate?

Last year the Rams scored 35 points, and Stafford threw 5 TD's in a victory over the Jaguars without Puka. Again, this was last year, but it can be done.

I’d call the Giants defense good with a potentially very good pass rush, but a vulnerable secondary. With Puka removed from the equation, that vulnerability matters a hell of a lot less.

You and I have been on this site a while. I may be wrong, but have to side with the Rams tonight. Rams looked like sheet. Donlad just coming back. Puca out. Giants just the opposite. Everyone just loving the rook Dart and others. As long as I'm right more often than wrong, I'm happy. Chargers puked in this same spot. Won't happen again on primetime tonight. Just a gut feel for studying this hobby for 35 years. GL whichever way you go!

If the Rams can establish the run, Stafford can live off play action, work the tight ends out of those heavy-personnel looks, take a couple deep shots to Atwell, and use Davante in the red zone.

Puka being out obviously matters, but there is still a path for this offense to function. That’s what makes this game so damn hard

I mean, I could just take a couple hits, order from Pizza Rock if you come to Vegas, that place is fire  and just relax with no stress tonight.

Big week coming up, full MLB card tomorrow. This might just be a nice night to chill and reset.
