You defended yourself against someone staring at you. So what, people stare at alot of people for no reason at all. Just because you have Tourettes doesn't give you an excuse to walk around with a chip on your shoulder and beat up on people who stare at you. What if that person would have been a female or a child? You going to confront them and beat the crap out of them too. I know and respect alot of people who have various physical and mental challenges including Tourettes and they are tolerant with people and children who stare at them. They know that they are different from others and accept it. You need to do the same and grow some thick skin or you'll have a very rough remainder of your life.
Hopefully, some day, they will find a cure for Tourettes and other diseases that afflict people like you, but in the meantime you need to learn to deal with it and be more understanding of the ignorance of other people.

[He] was released without bail at his arraignment in Marlborough District Court yesterday. Judge Sarah Singer ordered Antal to stay away from the alleged victim.
Antal, in handcuffs and a jacket that said "The Skunk" on the back, did not speak much during his quick arraignment.
Police allege that Antal struck the woman when she tried to break up a fight between Antal and someone else. The woman was taken to Marlborough Hospital with an apparent minor injury, according to court records.

I would say this idioit learned a tough lesson today, he will think twice before runs his mouth again. My 2 cents:
1st-50 is not old and at the age of 50 if you haven't learned how to RESPECT your fellow man,that azwhooping was deserved and he just happened to be the benafactor of all the frustration this man has endured because of his condition.
2nd You should be aware that KARMA is a BIOTCH,this will not be the last case of someone staring at you,except the next time it will be much more severe and done by a couple of guys about the same age difference as you are to the fifty yr old,your wife will be with you and crying again,while watching you get YOUR ASS kicked,beaten and stomped.
The suit will not be that much,it will be based on doctor bills and other factors and even if he WINS it doesnt guarentee payment.
Finally,the next time you think you have it bad,understand that someone else is worse than you.
