Washington Capitals with the trio of quality young goalies and they are nowhere to be found on that list

BTW, the first number is thier age and the second one is the lengh of thier original contract.  Not years left

Not foolish when you pay a goalie who's worth it.  Henrik Lundqvist deserves every single penny he makes from his contract.

I would agree with Lundy.  But he's the only one in those top 4 that's worth it.

Yes and we have about 5 that thought it was worth it and 4 look bad. And the one that looks good is the same guy that dished out big contracts to Gomez, Drury and Gaborik. Oh yeah and that 6 million dollar AHL player.

I look for teams to take a run at Rask, if the B's are willing to listen. He is only due to make $1.5 next year with a $1.25 cap hit. A nice bounus for the teams that at the end of next year he is a RFA.

Hell, also Biron.  As usual Lundy's games were supposed to be cut and he played more than he should of again. Biron's salary is going down to $800K next year, but his cap hit is $875K.

He is a bargin. But he is a UFA though.

Will be interesting on what the Leafs will do.  Giggy is a UFA right now.  So he's probably gone.......I mean......yeah he's gone.  No way in hell he gets $7 million next contract.

So $2 million for Reimer isn't such a bad idea.  But do you really think they pay more for him than Gustavasson $1.4 million?  I don't think so.
