You can be in playoff mode when you are playing Colorado and Phoenix and even other playoff teams . But until you are playing another team that is fighting for everything (and a better team) it is completely different. Thats my opinion on it.
fair enough. we all have our own opinions. just know from watching this team every game this year that the "PLAYOFFS" aren't going to scare them. The fact that they have young players that don't know any better than just play hard might be a scary proposition for the Canucks and if the blues can steal one of the first two it will be damn hard to win at St. Louis. Blues have finally won over their fans again after 5 dismal seasons.

OK, here's some stats that i bet not many of you have seen:
In St. Louis, the Blues' bear mascot, Louie, is camping out on the roof of the Scottrade Center until the first home game is sold out. Even with tickets starting at $20US, and $11 for season ticket holders, seats are still available in the Missouri city. Top seats go for $237.
In Vancouver, however, box office prices ranged from $102.50 to $401.50 and were virtually sold out within minutes.
In St. Louis, there's lots of sports going on, baseball, football, lots. In Vancouver hockey is all we've got, folks. The fans here are gonna scare the shit out of the blues and send them running sons!

i know there's no football now, but i'm just saying there will be there and will never be here. only hockey. i did just bet and win on the cardinals! i've been betting and winning on the blues this year too. this is just a hometown thing going on right now, no disrespect. i just wish i could pay $20 for a ticket instead of $227!
